They need to correct the business time. They actually close at 9pm not 10.

I really like this place and always drive 20 minutes to have a drink. However yesterday I went with my family and took my 3 years toddler with me. He just got up on the table and was playing and one of the girl staff member came up to us and told us that he need to get off from the table. We were trying to take him off but 2 minutes later she came back again and told us to leave if we can’t take him off. How rude and disrespectful? She literally ruined our moods with her arrogant behavior.

9/25 the boba tasted off. Tasted a little soapy.

Service was okay but the tea is VERY watery it doesn’t even taste like tea at all. Very disappointed and spent over $7. Does not compare to the Rochester location.

Out of the two places on the campus to get boba tea, this is the one to go to. Service is pretty quick, and the atmosphere is better than at the Starbucks on campus. The people servicing at front do look scary and unapproachable, but the drinks always come out impecable. My only complaint is that they need to have the mobile order option that other KFT locations have. Sometimes I want to send my boyfriend or someone else to pick up my drink, but it's too complicated for him to order it for me. I also sometimes don't have time to order it in person if I'm running late to class. I would love to be able to order it and just drop in to pick it up. A lot of students, including myself, would probably frequent this much more than Starbucks if the just had a mobile order option. But if you have the time or need a spot to finish some assignment, definitely check this place out.

I got the popcorn chicken and didn’t eat it I found it disgusting, actually gave me a stomach ache from the piece I did eat. Maybe it’s supposed to be that way and I’m just a brat but it was not good at all. Bubble tea was good though.

One of my favored bubble tea spots, ironically not even for any discernable tea content. I tried one of their regular teas & wasn't super impressed, but then I tried the oreo milk strike "tea" that I'm pretty sure is just like a dirty milk boba drink, without actual tea in it? Maybe. Very sweet, tastes like a shake in a bubble tea format. That said - it's real good. Have yet to go back & actually manage to try anything else. I've been back at least 10 times.

This place is now absolutely disgusting. And has terrible service on top of that. The last two times I came here, I waited 20 minutes for food they clearly forgot to make. When I asked about the food, I was insulted by the guy behind the counter. Then when I got the food, it was disgusting. Check out the photos. It looks like chicken that was forgotten? It also has what almost look like mold spots all over it. It's too bad. This used to be a decent option at UB. But I would not recommend it anymore.

Service is bad. Never update their google app. Always having diarrhea after their milk tea.

As a bubble tea lover, Kung Fu Tea has my heart. Out of all the boba locations near UB, this tea shop pours the MOST tapioca pearls into their drinks. It's the dream of every boba-obsessed person. Their drink selection is vast-my personal favorite being their honey oolong milk tea- and the store has the most immaculate vibes. It's the perfect place to hang out with friends, or to relax and work on some assignments!

It was my first time trying out this place as I heard they had nice bubble tea. I was so excited! I came in and loved the décor. I ordered bubble tea and French fries. When my fries were done, they were placed on a counter from where you grab the straws and other related items. Being my first time, I didn’t know any better and I grabbed the item I purchased from a counter. An employee saw and ripped the tray of the French fries out of my hand and angrily told me not to do that as I grabbed it from the wrong counter. She then realized that it was mine and gave it back to me. I wish that I was told of this rule in a more polite manner and was treated with kindness. This is why I deducted two stars. The food was good and I will try again in the future. Customer service skills need to be improved upon. This encounter happened on 3/17/2022 in the afternoon.

It’s dinner time and the store sells drinks only; they used to offer meals.

Price is aite. I still don't know why this location doesn't have milk cap as a topping. Taking out Hainanese chicken from the food menu is a big L for them cuz it is prob the best seller as I see lots of ppl get it.
