Excellent pizza and Caesar salad. It’s always busy here. The staff is not friendly, but efficient. Fast paced pick up. Seating is ok, I usually take out. Large portions, great sauce.
I like the food from al italia but what I dislike is the attitude of the owner who insists on charging a fee for using a credit card even though he knows it is illegal in NY State to do so. If you check on the NY Consumer Affairs web site at dos.ny.gov/CreditCardSurcharge you will get the info that it is only legal to charge less than the posted price for using cash, not more for using a credit card. Please check it out and pass the word.

Pubic hair found in food. Would give a zero if I could. My experience with this place was awful. I ordered food from them a few days ago and while eating I found a pubic hair inside one of the rice balls. Very disgusting. When I called the owner to mention the hair I found in the riceball his only answer was "these things happen" and was rude about the incident . I will never be eating at this place again. Very unsanitary place. Please check your food before eating.

Friendly atmosphere, service was fine, I had pizza that was delicious. I had a white slice & a pepperoni. Both fresh crispy easy to chew crust, great tasting sauce.I will eat there again when in the area.

We love the grandma's pizza! Every Christmas, Alitalia"s grandma, silician, and marinaria pizzas are featured in our pizza extravaganza which our out-of-state guest look forwars to.
Just recently stopped in this place last week and the pizza is very good. I'll be trying the specials next week. Not all pizza is the same and being Italian I know good pizza.

When you walk in you see a. large variety of pizzas. If you prefer you can go into the dining area and have dinner or pizza . Whatever your choice is. The waitresses are friendly. You feel like part of the family. So go enjoy yourself or with your family
