Best bagels, rude employees. And WAY overpriced. I bought a bacon, egg, & cheese on a bagel for my daughter. $7.75 + tax! $8.42?! Won’t be doing that again. That’s nearly $2.00 more than what I pay at our favorite deli.

Terribly overpriced, every time I go there it’s a different price. Average price $20 dollars for breakfast. No meat or cheese. Staff is clueless about what to charge and jokes about not knowing what to charge you. Very unprofessional!

I’m a bit of a bagel snob and I thought there really wasn’t a great bagel shop in Babylon. Tried Bagel Factory recently for the first time, I live in North Babylon so it’s a bit of hike–but totally worth the few extra minutes drive! Reminded me a bit of an old bagel shop where I used to work. Bagels were crisp on outside and doughy inside and tasted great! We’ll definitely be back!

I used to love this place but the prices they are now charging will put them out of business. I understand inflation and I understand price gouging. When the breakfast special, two eggs over easy, bacon and cheese on a roll, small juice and regular coffee goes from $5.50 to 8.50 that’s over 60% increase! Yesterday two bagels one buttered one plain, $5.00. ?♂️ Wouldn’t that come out to approximately $30.00 a dozen? The last two times this week, I was there at 7:00 and 9:00 AM the place was empty. I remember the line out the door during those same hours. I know eggs went up a while ago like just everything else. However, inflation has come way down, especially eggs but the prices remain sky high. You decide. I wish them success and I hope prices become a bit more reasonable!
Too many kids working there. They don’t work well under pressure when it’s busy hours and frequently mess up orders. I love the bagels from there but I feel like I wasted a lot of money on orders that were wrong.

Im more than happy with each and every order I get here. I doordash many many mornings. I wake up absolutely craving for bagel factory's fresh, warm, flavorful bagels. They take care of the food with care and safety when its being delivered. The fresh food and kind staff make the experience more enjoyable when gong in. Anyone asks best bagel place there my #1 no one compares in my opinion. Thank you Bagel Factory for your amazing work!!!
