I have to leave this review, I came into the Bagel Factory, Ordered my food, Service was great, Got a table sat there ate my food, very clean store. very friendly workers and owner, The Bagel is the best bagel i have tasted, period........ if you are in west babylon area, you need to have there bagels. stop in ,, you will not regret. my new bagel store :)

I recently moved very close by, my Loss that I haven't been here sooner ! These ARE Bagels & such wonderful spreads, the staff team are always alert & asking to help somebody. I'd love to work here ,If my hip was better & I was younger , I suggest anybody if they are open & try. Real crispy out & perfect inside & other sandwhich s r top notch!

Disgusted and Done After 10 Years! After being a loyal customer for over a decade, I am absolutely appalled by what I overheard from the manager of this establishment. Their vile, hate-filled rant about immigrants and Democrats/liberals was not only unprofessional but morally reprehensible. Small businesses thrive on community support, and to hear such bigoted vitriol from someone in charge is unacceptable.
I will no longer spend a single dollar here, and I encourage others who value inclusivity and basic human decency to take their business elsewhere. A bagel isn’t worth supporting ignorance and hatred.
Go here at least once a week if not more. Our guests and I love their egg sandwiches. Also get bagels to take home. Everything is freshly made, and the staff is amazing. Very friendly and efficient. No matter how long the time, you get taken care of so quickly. It is like magic. Appreciate all this business does for the community.
