I’m really disappointed with my order. There’s no option on the app to add special notes, and the menu itself says “toasted” before you choose your spread. I just wanted a toasted bagel—nothing complicated. When I called the shop to explain, they didn’t seem to care at all. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they told me I should’ve selected an option that doesn’t even exist. It’s frustrating when something so simple is made this difficult, and even more frustrating when the staff isn’t willing to help.

Long Island is home to oh so many bagel places and the Bagel Factory does an admirable job fighting for its place to be one of them. Came here for lunch, and my girlfriend and I had no problem getting our BECs. Despite the name, this place also does have a decent size deli inside too, so having that option for me I think always elevates any bagel place just a little bit more. Everything was fresh and delicious, even a little later in the day when you might expect that you'd get slim pickings on bagels. Coffee was only okay, but it's a bagel place, I'm not gonna ding them too much for it. There are a few tables indoors and outdoors if you choose to sit and stay, but you're probably better off to just grab and go. Parking can be a little tight, especially if you're going at prime time, but everybody moves quick so you likely won't be waiting long.

Delish bagels. Example: the onion or garlic bagels have it on both sides not just the top n they are very soft n fresh. Good bacon n egg n cheese sandwiches. Also has a deli section. 2 tables outside. Free parking. Girls are friendly n cute.

I have to leave this review, I came into the Bagel Factory, Ordered my food, Service was great, Got a table sat there ate my food, very clean store. very friendly workers and owner, The Bagel is the best bagel i have tasted, period........ if you are in west babylon area, you need to have there bagels. stop in ,, you will not regret. my new bagel store :)

A few weeks ago lost the best bagel maker they ever had......so very sad!
I recently moved very close by, my Loss that I haven't been here sooner ! These ARE Bagels & such wonderful spreads, the staff team are always alert & asking to help somebody. I'd love to work here ,If my hip was better & I was younger , I suggest anybody if they are open & try. Real crispy out & perfect inside & other sandwhich s r top notch!
