Bad customer service in the morning. It’s like I get that you’re being timed but it doesn’t mean you should rush the perosn ordering . Literally I when I say some something, she’s like ok next, what else, all done. Like calm down and relax. Then my biscuit was hard and the hash browns were old. Won’t be returning .

I asked for the Addams family meal everything included, the girl at the window did not tell me they didn’t have churro fries as well as she gave me fries instead of onion rings like tell the customer what comes with it I found her to be pretty rude so I called and the guy goes she wasn’t rude I’m like what? Clean spot, not really busy so the service is quick
The food is good. My problem is with the kid who took my order. No greeting! I say "Hi. How are you?" He doesn't even look you in the eye. Training must include their greeting. A friendly greeting.

This place is a JOKE!!!! kids are literally being paid $20 an hr to mess up a meal everything you go! Not to mention because they know you're being timed when you pull up to the window they ALWAYS ask you to pull up.... so it LOOKS like they are getting their good out in record speed. Today I was there and literally....I kid you not waited in line 2 cars from the window already placed my order and waited for 15 mins when I finally decided with 2 young kids in the back hangry...to take my business else where! If this does not find the right person and if things DO NOT change I will NEVER bring business there again...and make sure all my family and friends feel the se way!

Each time I come here somthing is wrong. And they don’t give receipts! Like literally 15 minutes ago. I order a bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit. Two of them. The woman has me pull up. Waited for 6 minutes just for when I get home it’s 2 sausages on a biscuit??? Like I’m not going all the way back there. But damn each time. And no receipt! Each time ! Idk why
