The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They also are fast and very efficient. When i see a long line, it usually moves fast. And when I come in alone, they always have order on time. THank you so much for the good service.

Recently, I came in and placed a large, last-minute order for a catering party that I had forgotten to arrange ahead of time. I ordered several cups of soft serve ice cream and sundaes. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, upbeat, and ready to help. They handled my order quickly and professionally while keeping a friendly attitude that made the experience easy. They made sure every cup looked great and were very generous with the toppings not skimping at all. I was impressed that they even waived the charge for one topping because the cup was already filled to the top. Their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help turned a rushed situation into a pleasant one. I left feeling relieved and impressed, and my guests loved how everything looked and tasted. Outstanding service!

The people who work the register and take orders need to have a working knowledge of English. The order was difficult to place and I was overcharged. The frustration of trying to correct the error was not worth the trouble.
One of my favorite ice cream store in queens. Very convenient location and you always able to find the favor item never get disappointed. Highly recommended if you looking for ice cream birthday cake.
