Every time I come in here it’s gets dirtier and dirtier. There was hair on the freezers, the floor is sticky. The staff is not welcoming and has no personality. They were pouring soft serve into ice cream containers and just throwing in toppings. I won’t come back until either management cleans up or a different ice cream shop goes there. I walked out, I felt myself getting sick just standing in there. Disgusting.

Walked in and the employee didn't greet me and two others, kept his back to us. Then he disappeared into the back room without a word for several minutes before we gave up and left. Kinda gotta interact with people to make sales, but you do you, I guess. ??♀️

Absolutely disgusting I used to work here during the summer and the owners where inconsiderate and unhygienic. One of the owners there once dropped a frozen cake on the floor and picked it up and decorated it, then sold it it someone. They don’t wash their hands or use gloves, they are very cheap and touch the topping with their bare dirty hands to put the toppings back in the container which they then sell to customers. They often used dirty cups to put peoples ice cream in. On top of all of that they yr eat the staff horrible. They sit in the back eat and talk while one or two people are working in the front with the line out the door. This place should be shut down never working there again

I will never go here again!! I wish I could leave no stars. We ordered a cake on Monday to be ready at 12pm on Saturday for my son's birthday. My husband went to go pick it up and no one is there, store is closed. Sign says they open at 11am. Waited a half hour and still no one. How do you run a business like that. Had to go somewhere else last minute and settle for a different cake. Top it off, we already paid in full.

While in town on a visit w family, craving some good old Carvel, we attempted to grab some good at this location. We entered to find a man working on the machine with his back to us...no acknowledgement that we entered the building. We looked around as we were figuring out what we wanted..said man disappeared to the back somewhere, not to return...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT!!!We just left...
