The service I received today was so distasteful and rude. The order I received was incorrect (I ordered a sandwich on a plain bagel but received a roll with black seeds which I do not eat) so I nicely asked the man at the front desk if he could correct it. Instead of owning up to the mistake he was extremely rude about it. He said it was my fault that the order was wrong when I had already repeated what I wanted multiple times on the phone before I picked it up. I don’t want to go into detail about what he said but he cowardly stormed off to the back of the kitchen after speaking to me inappropriately. You have now lost a loyal regular customer as I will neverrrrr order anything else from here again!!!!!! Do not spend your money here!!!!

Over priced sandwiches made with not fresh ingredients. I’ve had their chicken cutlet sandwich’s and their deli meat. The lettuce is never fresh, their cutlets are hard. Someone should be doing quality checks on their produce and freezer
