Talk about bad customer service!! I stopped for a coffee. No greetings from the female, no smile, no thank you! She only wanted to know “what else” I was going to buy so obviously the language wasn’t an impediment. The place is old and dirty. Never spending another penny at this location.

Did uber eats for some items. Hash browns were burnt and tasted as if they were left out all day. The BEC croissant i put white cheddar but they put American. The croissant also tasted stale.

Went to get a box of hot chocolate to bring to a game on a cold and very windy day. The hot chocolate was extremely watery, we could barely taste the chocolate. It was like drinking hot slightly flavored water.

I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts location and was thoroughly impressed. The order process was exceptionally smooth, and the service was prompt. The dining area, although not particularly large, was still comfortable and welcoming. The overall experience was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and efficient visit.

Just moved back to this neighborhood and I go to Dunkin multiple times a week. I have no idea why you would close at 6pm. People never want donuts for parties? Anyway, to have one person close is crazy, there is a surplus of online orders Everytime I go

The nastiest dunkin ever! I placed my order via Uber Eats and the croissants were cold and stale. I kept looking at it while attempting to eat/chew because it tasted moldy. I couldn't even finish consuming my order because the food was NOT fresh at all! Absolutely disgusting!!!! Buyer Beware!!

they never let you used coupon there and they never take any deals that are In the app the people who work there are rude and do not like there job I have seen 2 year old be more respectful to stranger than the worker that this dunkin I will never go here again and I hope Dunkin shut down .and the tall male manger is so rude and disrespectful to all the high school kids I saw him yell at one of the high school kids for no reason at all the boy look like he was special needs and was going to cry thank God they have social worker at the high school. I think Dunkin need to retrain all there worker of how to act and not to be rude and they need to learn some respect for other if they do not like there job they should not work there this is only Dunkin that I have been too in my life where the worker were rude and they yell at kids I could get better customer service at fish kill state prison that at this Dunkin at less the inmate have respect for one another . I could give this Dunkin a negative star I would

Management just changed and this place is absolutely disgusting. The food handling is risky, the women behind the counter are rude, they dont label ur drink, the milk taste rotten, they dont follow DUNKIN INGREDIENTS or RECIPES they just make it off too of their heads how they think it should be done. The old owner was sooo great smh shame.
