I would give this place a zero. They say they close at 6:00 PM... some nights is 6:00 PM and some nights its 7:00 PM... guess they do what they want... and I was turned away at 5:40... 5:40 I was turned away!!!!!!!!!!!... check the time on this review... enough time to get to a computer and say how horrible it was before their closing time. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weird Place they need to change the staff, especially that one lady in the morning shes extremely rude, They didn't even have gift cards, they said the manager has the keys to where the gift cards are ? no wonder why this place has such bad reviews .

I come back thinking it’s going to be better it never is my coffee is always wrong they always forget something and my sandwiches are always made terrible it’s sad when the owner is there and still can’t get it right unfortunately I’ll have to go to another location just to get good and correct

Worst customer service ever!!! I'm a high school student and come in regularly. Everytime I get coffee or even a latte I get coffee grounds in it and it's all disgusting but it's close to my school. Today I got a mobile order and couldn't find my drink and they hid it acting like I was supposed to know. After I asked they literally started talking about me in a different language
