How is ti possible that they always open tate? l’ve been coming ot 11:13 for 3 times and there’s never anyone to attend in front there’s only one person in the back today l came at 11:25 nobody to attend me who is hiring this kid people who are responsible with their jobs

Couldnt place order. She doesn't speak English, so couldn't understand anything I was saying. You should check your cameras for lag as i walked out at 11:06. Ill keep in mind when a business says they open at 11, it really means 11ish. You should get an intercom camera so you could translate to your customers. Thanks

Today I went to the deer park location did not like it I’m not really the type to write reviews but that shake I had there was the worst very plain not much flavor to it was just not it, after like 2 hours my friends told me to try the west Babylon location I’m not that close to it but it was amazing very friendly people that work there shakes 10/10 and just there you feel great I will always be coming here just found my new favorite spot after work out. 🏋️

Always enjoy coming to this place! Great food, great service and much healthier thanost places put there. A little pricey for sure, but never been disappointed. I'd just say that they should have all their prices displayed.

I went couple times to pick order and every time is wasting my time because they people working in this place they don’t care about orders or the customers they really nasty and they just playing around I hope people understand that this place is not good to order or visit this place until they have a good staff and good service not recommended for nobody in that area

I’ve tried ordering via phone a couple times and get no answer. So my wife and I went into the store to order in person since no one answers and tried ordering a quesadilla. The worker told us that the kitchen was closed because it was cleaned so they could not make our order. If it was 15 minutes before closing time I would understand, but it was 8:20 pm! The worker told us that the kitchen closes at 8:20. Hours online say they close at 9pm. If you’re going to close the kitchen at 8:20 please specify online. Won’t be coming back to this location( I love the food btw and usually don’t have issues at the garden city location)
