Island Grill is a 10/10 spot!! There are a few seats at a wall counter but other than that you come here to pick up your food and eat elsewhere. The prices are fantastic and the portions are great as well! The quesadillas are small sized and priced accordingly, you can get one for $3! This is a great place to come for a cheap lunch or to order large portions for a big group dinner. I do both often. You absolutely have to try their bourbon chicken, you will not be disappointed!

Everything we have tried from the menu is absolutely delicious! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. I would give this place 100 stars if it was possible. All and all this place is a must have all around.
Also, big thing is they have been in business for 25 years!!!

This place has been the go-to place for my family for many years and the quality has always been consistent. The food is always fresh and prices very resonable. Strictly a take-out venue and you're better off phoning in your order in advance because peak times are very busy, but always less than a half hour wait.

Everything was delicious as always. Love doing the fajitas by the pound, but the burritos and chimichangas are excellent as well. The nachos are excellent. Thank you so much!

This place is a local staple, if you don't go to island grill you need to. Their chicken quesadillas are so good that I've legitimately had them since I was a teen. Fair price, delicious Food, nothing not to love. I recommend this place to anyone that doesn't live in or near Babylon, everyone there should already know.

Great place for take-out. Really filling food made from fresh ingredients. You can even watch them make the tortillas behind the glass.
