I want to like this place, and I stop in every couple of months to try it again, but the service there is just terrible. There's no system in place for taking orders, you can see it while you're there, it's painful to watch. Some guys finish their own orders, other's just abandon them at the counter for whoever to finish up (without actually passing it along to anyone), and they're slow as heck because everyone working seems to be wondering around doing their own thing. Which is wild that the place looks great, the food is good, but they simply just can't complete an order. C'mon, just assign someone to the register and throw away that stupid bell, it's embarrassing that it's even there. There's never anyone manning the register, so all the customers are just left hanging. They also seem to prioritize online/phone orders over people who are actually there waiting, you can't even go there on the weekend unless you want to wait 90 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Get it together, every time I leave there I'm thinking that's the last time. There's other places around, I seriously doubt I go back. I gave it a star because the food is decent.

Fresh clean and delicious sandwiches i ordered the 6 foot for a bday party price was great. Staff is fast and great .

They were so disorganized and disoriented behind the counter, no body knew what was going on. Was in the store over a half hour to get an egg sandwich. Super disappointed in the service.

I loved everything about this place. I ordered an egg sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed. Coffee was excellent and service was on point. They have a hot food section that I was talking to the guys that work there and they said they make a lot of bowls.Gotta watch them carbs!!! I'll be back for one of them bowls.

Perfect deli… delicious egg sandwiches! Great beverage and shelf snack choices! And the older fella behind the counter was an absolute Gentleman. (Wish I lived closer)

We moved off LI 23 yrs ago and this is the first place we went when we came back to visit. It definitely didn't disappoint! Staff, food all top notch!
