On every visit, the staff has been attentive and friendly and, on some occasions, have gone above and beyond to accommodate. I stopped by to take advantage of a promotion they were running for their 1 year anniversary, I had driven by several times on this day, and they had lines out the door each time, when I finally stopped in to take advantage, the staff was still friendly despite having been run ragged all day. Kudos to the team for enduring what was surely an exhausting day! Keep up the good work, team!

Nobody understood what I was asking for when I went down the line from food station to food station. Staff was unfriendly. In fact, they were rude. My chicken portion was very skimpy as well. The food tasted horrible, it smelled just like over-processed plastic garbage. I couldn't go past two bites and tossed it. What a waste of money!

Boring bland food. I think I would rather get food out of the dumpster from Popeye's next door. Why go here when you can go to Qdoba, Chipotle, or Taco Joe's, it makes no sense.

I started coming to moes because Chipotle’s food and service started going downhill. When I came into moes today I got chicken and she started scooping up the chicken and shaking it off and by the time she layed the chicken on my rice in my bowl i counted 7 little pieces of chicken. What kind of serving size is that? Not to mention they chenged their “bowl” size to what a slightly raised plate. We also had a free quesadilla and free burritto and they told us we could only use one code, so we only used one. Then when we left we realized we could have just done seperate orders and got both but they didn’t care to tell us that. I usually love moes but recently their service and proportions have been shifting me away from their buisness.

Vegetarian options: Homewrecker bowl with tofu, Blk beans ?. Chefs kiss. Love the service, love the salsa, it’s all better than any fast casual and/or takeout within the near area

The guacamole at this place was very good and I got a lot of food for about 20 dollars. I definitely recommend it.

Arrived a with a half hour left before closing and was told they had shut down the kitchen to wash it and they couldn't make food. They get a two instead of a one because they were VERY nice about it.

I usually go to the Moe's in Melville. That store is excellent. This store is much closer to my home, so I thought I would give it a try.
The food was ok, but not as good as Melville.
My issue was the salsa and chips. Melville makes the chips fresh. When I was at WB, I noticed they had stockpiled chips in huge plastic containers in the back. The salsa wasn't anything like Melville. Very watery, and not as much flavor. It was disappointing.

I would give them 0 stars. When i go in food is fine. Whenever i order delivery they dont put double meat and forget my drink. This has happened about 4 times. Delivery customers are just as important as walk ins

On this particular visit to Moe's, the experience fell short of the usual high standards I have come to expect. While Moe's typically offers a positive and welcoming atmosphere, this location was unfortunately quite crowded during my visit. The staff, whose customary demeanor is friendly and helpful, seemed somewhat overwhelmed on this occasion, and their interactions lacked their usual warmth. The layout of this particular Moe's also presented some challenges. The seating arrangement appeared somewhat awkward, limiting the available options and impacting the overall dining experience. Additionally, the portion sizes seemed smaller than usual, and the food itself, while satisfactory, did not quite meet the high bar set by previous visits.Furthermore, the proximity of this location to a high school appeared to contribute to the overall noise level. The presence of a large group of loud and disruptive teenagers detracted from the otherwise enjoyable ambiance Moe's typically provides. In conclusion, while this visit to Moe's did not live up to past experiences, I would still consider returning to a different location in the future. The overall quality of Moe's food and service is generally commendable, and I believe this instance to be an exception.
