Had bagels 🥯 they are good but they took away the self service coffee and that sucks went up to complain told that they would make coffee and fill my cup then got wrong coffee Had to return to counter got a lame excuse probably won't be going there again and after all the years been going to enjoy bagels and coffee now they lost our business

A nice place to go for a coffee or a bite to eat. Mon. through Fri. during the afternoon hours there is a woman working who takes care of the coffee among her other duties. Panera is lucky to have her. She is always working hard and the coffee is always fresh and tasty. She is also friendly and personable with the customers . Just hope the management know what a gem they have in her.

This Panera is the best Panera on Long Island, hands down. What really sets this location apart from the others is the staff--the manager, assistant managers, and all employees display considerable professionalism and caring on a level that is rarely seen in this business. I love coming here and having a great experience all the time. Honestly, the only downside is the one issue beyond their control--the prices. If the corporate part reduced the prices of everything, without sacrificing quantity and quality, this place would surpass five stars for a business such as this.

This is one of the older style Paneras, with booth style sitting, fireplace chairs and private tables. I like this style to have lunch with friends. I have seen the updated, modern style Paneras and I do not find them warm or cozy, The food here was very enjoyable and the atmosphere conducive to a relaxing meal with friends.
Ethan from west Babylon Panera The best of the best store manager ever and the most amazing , knowledgeable, great experience, great customer service I’ve ever experienced! He should be rewarded for real ! I made the mistake with my order, and I apologize to Ethan because was my mistake with the family order! He took he’s time and fixed the issue ! In Just not even 1 minute, everything was done right and well and with he’s great personality! I never meet him before, now I’m happy to know him and he is the most helpful maneger! He also helps around the store doing everything ! I hope this Ethan gets enough credit and attention and I hope he’s boss knows how much he deserves to be rewarded! I can just go on about him all day talking about how talented and amazing he’s! We need more people like Ethan A+++++%100 Thank you 🙏 for your hard work and service! ❤️

There is so much seating in this place! Lots of booths and lots of tables. The new menu brings so many great options. With the sandwiches they give you an option of chips, apple, bread or fruit cup and I was shocked when I saw the fruit cup was so fresh!!! Strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and melon. Delicious!! Cinnamon crunch bagel is a favorite of my daughters and all the food is always so fresh and this does always seems very clean.
Vegetarian options: There are many salads and soups available for vegetarians
Parking: It’s a big lot since there are many other stores and businesses there but many times all the spots are taken right in front but there’s are many around.

I meet a friend here for lunch twice a month. It is one of my favorite Panera’s. Food is prepared and cooked exactly as it should be. There is always someone cleaning tables. Staff is vey courteous and best of all, you can stay as long as u like!

I am glad to hear that Panera has taken the time to adjust their pricing and on occasion offer specials. Please note their food is fresh and different and flavorful. My only complaint at this time is their main room is freezing cold. If you need to cool down Panera is somewhat like a refrigerator. They do have two other rooms that are warmer.
Please note I am there every week and we are 5 in our group. Others like this facility which is in Lindenhurst on Montauk Highway in the great south bay shopping center. Thanks for hearing me out!!!!
