Have tried this Starbucks time and time again…Service is NOT Good at all! The wait time…ALWAYS very long! So frustrating! They claim they get more orders than they can handle! Barista staff aren’t pleasant! Leaving a coffee shop that you spend so much money on a cup of coffee and others talking to you on the way out of the store, feeling the exact same way!

Ordered grande Peppermint Mocha. All I could taste was milk. I have not gone to Starbucks in over a year. Its just too damn expensive. For one grande peppermint mocha I could have 2 meals at home, more if its pasta.

This is my responce to Starbucks (Owner).
We (my senior mom & I) went to the drive thru because I am recovering from surgery. Also, if payment was expected to have a drink remade, because it was not made correctly in the first place, you have no business being in business.
Even if I was not recovering from surgery, the wait is ridiculously long the first time around.

this is my second time ordering the iced matcha green tea. It is one of my favorites from Starbucks. It is a Japanese green matcha powder ,dark green color that is the authentic matcha! . They blend it with 2% milk, ice, and syrup for slight sweet. They let you add more syrup for free. Brie is a great Starbucks employee. She oversees my order and sends a smiley face note on my bag! It made my day to see someone going out of their way to be kind to others and sealed bag! Thanks again!

Terrible wait time, every time I come here. Doesn’t miss a beat, you will be waiting on the drive-thru for at least 15-20 minutes. If you go inside it’s almost the same thing, except your met with hostility and aggression.

The order time on the mobile phone showed that it could be picked up in 20 minutes, and when I arrived it was not ready yet. I waited there for another 30 minutes.I was going to be late for work,,To make sure my order wasn't missed, I went over and asked again.and then another girl came over, and she said, Oh my God, she just asked me, Starbucks really needs to train the employees.Very unpleasant experience! All the staff seemed unfriendly and being busy was not an excuse.

The girl working this store was rude and gave me an attitude because my order of 4 drinks that had no special requirements other than to use my own cups was too inconvenient.

I am VERY disappointed by the service this morning at this Starbucks. My daughters went in and they were practically ignored. My daughters even expressed their urgency because their bus was coming. The employee after my daughter said they now had to leave without their items said “Oh Well” . Down right disrespectful!! The store was empty with a couple of mobile orders. I never leave bad reviews but this just made me and my family very upset. STEP UP Starbucks. FYI only two drinks and a croissant. (2 Strawberry Açaí)

Went in for a Small hot chocolate and probably 20 people went before me even though I was there before them because I didn't use an app. I waited no joke over 20 minutes plus the lady Kelly that works there gave ME an attitude. I wouldn't be going back any time soon. Stay away people unless you dont mind waiting and getting an attitude.

This Starbucks gets worse and worse every time I go. I used to come here frequently and never had issues getting my order. Now it takes over 20 minutes for drinks to be made. If you can’t keep up with mobile orders, they should be shut down. Also, I’ve seen multiple times a drinks being made and then it being dumped out to correct it using the same cup. Not a great look for people with allergies….
