My infant could make drinks faster than this place does

This is the worst Starbucks around, 27 mins to get two coffees, one with nothing in it and the other with caramel and milk, they move so slow, take 5 mins to come to the counter

Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Slow to the point of being ridiculous and very rude. Ended up getting a refund after waiting nearly 15 minutes for my overpriced Frapachino. Avoid !!

Terrible. I sat in their drive through line for 30 min to get a cup of coffee and couldn’t get out. All around terrible.

I honestly think the baristas here are actively trying to ruin my day. I ordered a simple iced latte, and it took so long, I had time to reflect on every bad decision in my life. The worker seemed more interested in rearranging napkins than actually making my drink. By the time I got it, my soul had left my body.
It’s like they’ve never heard of efficiency. Do they have a meeting where they discuss how slowly they can make your coffee? Because that's the vibe. It was like watching paint dry, if the paint was also disinterested in drying.

This Starbucks is a masterclass in how to waste time. I don’t know if they’re brewing the coffee one bean at a time or hand-painting the cups, but something is clearly not clicking. The speed? Glacial. The energy? Nonexistent. I watched three people order after me, and somehow they got their drinks first. Am I invisible? Did I accidentally enter a time loop? I had enough time to re-evaluate my life choices
I ordered my drinks through the app and half of them were watered down and the other half they didn't even start yet. Why finish half an order before moving in to the next

Waiting no exaggeration FIFTY minutes. Took five minutes of being at the order area to get my order taken. Then once I’m finally at the window, it takes ten minutes to get my drink. All the workers are chatting hanging around despite the huge amount of people waiting for drinks. Finally get my overpriced singular lemonade and it’s half ice. Won’t be coming back. Absolutely wasted my time and money. No sense of urgency from the staff at all.

WORST. STARBUCKS. EVER.
The last couple times I’ve been here it’s a disaster. Last time I ordered a drink on the app. Got there fifteen minutes and still waited 25 MORE MINUTES for my order. People were complaining and cancelling orders because of the disfunction. Now I’ve been in the drive thru line for 45 minutes and just ordered. There were 5 cars in front of me. I’ll never come back to this Starbucks again.

Service was quick and came with a smile . Never a long line at this location either

Has degenerated into the worst-run Starbucks. Lines are forever, service turtle-slow, they’re out of everything, and always impatient on the speaker while you’re ordering. Too bad, used to be a top Starbucks.

I’ve always loved Starbucks coffee and have been a regular for years. However, recently I’ve found myself avoiding it altogether because the wait times have become completely unreasonable.
I’ve sat in the drive-through line for 30+ minutes on multiple occasions. As a busy mom of three, I often rely on the drive-through for convenience — but no drive-through should take half an hour. That kind of delay completely defeats the purpose.
Today, I decided to give Starbucks another shot and chose to go inside instead, hoping for a quicker experience. I was with my 3-year-old, and 5-month-old baby. I placed my order at 11:24 AM and didn’t receive my drink until 11:45 AM — a 20-minute wait for one single drink. During that time, my kids were getting antsy, understandably so, and the experience quickly became stressful.
To make matters worse, I paid $10 for my drink, and when I finally got it after waiting 20 minutes, it was disappointing and tasted terrible.
What was most concerning, though, was the lack of staff support. There was only one employee making all the in-store and mobile orders. It also looked like one person was responsible for all the drive-through orders as well. This is a clear management issue — no single employee should be overwhelmed like that, and customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for a single coffee.
With the high volume of customers and overwhelming number of orders, there absolutely needs to be more support. At the very least, there should be two people dedicated to making in-store orders, one for drive-through drinks and a separate person assigned to handle mobile orders. Expecting one person to juggle all of that is unfair to both staff and customers — and it leads to long wait times, poor service, and a bad experience overall.
I truly hope the management at this location takes feedback like this seriously. Your customers are what pay your bills and the way you are treating them is not acceptable. There needs to be better staffing, better organization, and more attention to the customer experience. At this time, I cannot recommend this Starbucks location.
