This is the only Starbucks I got to around Babylon. I haven’t gotten a wrong or badly made drink here unlike the others. They’re very prompt and very nice! Definitely my go to
The coffee is never made right and their icecubes too small so they melt by the time you get the coffee.

Horrible..two employees there.BOTH of them would NOT honor a FREE PAID FOR REWARD from T-MOBILE..I was told they DO NOT PARTICIPATE in the T-MOBILE rewards program..but STARBUCKS does participate I have used it in the past from T-MOBILE at another location..and they HONOR IT..this STARBUCKS is located in the STOP AND SHOP SUPERMARKET..very UNFRIENDLY

The girl who took my today at like 7 pm was so rude literally no reason like girl i just wanted pumpkin spice latte I literally drove up to the window and nobody said anything so i was like hello? NOT EVEN IN A RUDE WAY I WAS JUST CONFUSED and she was like ‘can you give me a minute?’ In the rudest way possible and im not even being dramatic so i was like okay sas what the hell because why are you acting like i just did something to you?? So then like 3 minutes later she was like what do you want and i told her the pumpkin spice latte or whatever and she said pull up to the window thats it. So i did and nobody was at the window so i just wanted like a few and she gave my drink and yea. It just bothers me that people can be nice like obviously i was confused because NOBODY WAS SPEAKING ON THE DAMN ORDERING SPEAKER! You would have done the same thing. So yea not going there again.

Usually this place is pretty good. I can't tell you how much money we've spent here personally and through business. Ordered about $50 worth of food and drink. I get to the drive-thru tell them the order name. They asked me if I want a tray for my drinks. I say no but I would like a bag for the food since there's five items. The person then tells me that they will charge me when I get to the window. I asked "so Starbucks charges for bags now?" I met with a short yes. I said no, I'm fine i guess I'll just carry the food. Then they asked me again if I want the bag. I told them no not if I have to pay for it. After a short 10-second pause, I met with another. "So is it a yes or no?" Food for thought, but maybe I'll just consider not using this location or any other location if they're going to charge me $0.10 for a bag after I just dropped 50 bucks at their store. I don't know if the stores under New Management or this is a new procedure but I definitely think it should be looked into. Not to say you always should give into a customer but it's pretty ridiculous not to give them a bag when they order that much food.

Ok so I Order the Strawberry ? Açaí Refresher. Most say that it Taste like water with Strawberries. I didn’t like it at all. I ordered a Medium that Looks like a Small. I haven’t gone to Starbucks in so long because didn’t like how they made a a Frappuccino it also tasted like water. Second time an Order an oatmeal apple Hot Drink it didn’t taste like nothing, it Smell like apple but that was all. I gave it another oppOrtunity well a 3rd & Well Not Going back. All same Location.

I had to get my Starbucks fix. My favorite is the chocolate creme cold brew or the pistachio creme cold brew. For breakfast I have to have the double smoked bacon sandwich or the potato egg and sausage wrap with a side of sirrachia.
