I had such a great experience at Starbucks today! Olivia was my attendant and her service was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly, helpful, and made my Caramel Ribbon Crunch perfectly. It tasted so good — honestly one of the best I’ve had. Thank you, Olivia, for making my visit so enjoyable!

This starbucks is consistently bad and the barista kind of mean but today was the worst I waited 30 minutes for my drinks one of which they lost. The girl didn't take my name and half the order was wrong. I understand this is a busy day for them but a 30 minute wait is ridiculous

I usually get great drinks here from the baristas who really know how to make them. Sometimes a drink isn’t made correctly, and a few baristas could use a bit more training, but it’s still one of my favorite Starbucks.

Quick but better if you go inside. The line can be ridiculous. Service people for the most part are sweet, quick, and accurate. But not all. Overall this place is a good one.

I got a Summer Berry 20 oz they gave it tome like 15 oz of ice when and then I ask the lady and she toldme that the drink came with Ice so basically I paid for ice cubes on a cup with a little zip of summer berry drink🥵
Im a regular customer at this location, but for the past month, there's a new young lady who works there, I believe her name is Katie, as a paying customer, I expect to get the same respect that I show the workers there. prior to today's visit, I asked the Barnstable named Katie to add a little extra cold brew to my order, with an attitude she pours half of my drink out to then add cold brew, today I ordered a crossiant, she came over and threw it on the counter, which was dirty and had water. the other female and male workers are always courteous and accommodating. However, Katie's attitude is just disgusting!

drive thru person is the only reason I gave extra star they are always courteous been here multiple times I live very close and today I’ve made up my mind I’m never returning you go inside the store just to get completely ignored and there’s a lack of care for food prep where they just throw bags and items around like trash I regret eating the items i wanted to ask for a refund but already paid so I just left the staff is overworked & understaffed do not care atmosphere 30 bucks down the drain dunkin is better. But again you always get good service from the male drive thru workers! ( one who is possibly Hispanic tan skin and another who is on the lighter side very young looking possibly Caucasian tall thin with black long hair) So shout out to them. The women are horrendous.

The young lady who worked the window was having a conversation with someone on the phone. I had the worst Caramel Macchiato that I have ever had. My daughter's Lavender Matcha was the wrong color and did not taste as it should have. If it had been easy to turn around and return it, I would have. not knocking all Starbucks. it's definitely just this one. She gave us a hot coffee lid for a cold drink and did not have straws.
