I was in the mood for a waffle and gave this place a shot. It's definitely a little strange inside, dimly lit and no music playing and it does have an odd smell. I used the restroom which was not clean and all of the toppings for the frozen yogurt bar were not covered and looked stale & discolored. My waffle was tiny and it wasn't even remotely what I was hoping for, it was super thin and tasted a little burnt. I also ordered a S'mores milkshake, which tasted like skim milk with chocolate syrup. It also cost over $20, very disappointed.

It tasted like straight up vape juice lol. My smoothie was good though. The waffles are super greasy and light, I wouldn’t even consider them waffles tbh.

I want to like this place but the atmosphere inside says otherwise. To have no lighting and no music playing is just a kiss of death. They have a wide variety of items on their menu which is really the only good thing about this place. I got their Fruity Pebbles shake which was good, but it wasn’t the best thing I’ve had. The place definitely needs a makeover.

The girl behind the counter handles cash and doesn’t wash her hands before starting another food order. That was my decision not to come here again. If I pay a lot of money I expect someone clean (like clean hands at least) and a clean person behind the counter. Not long greasy hair hanging all over everything.Maybe even a little friendly ?
