First time I have been here and it is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed and taken care of! Started at the bar, and moved into the dining area for dinner. Our table had steak and surf and turf and it was fantastic! Steak was cooked perfectly, our waitress was so friendly and personable. Cheers to the chef! Can not wait to come back!
The food is excellent and so is the service. Such a quaint restaurant full of history. Our steaks were amazing. The seafood chowder was one of the best I've had. Also, the menu is reasonably priced and you get bread, muffins, soup & salad included with your dinner which is a rarity nowadays. Definitely recommend you try The Dog Bar Restaurant!!
This place is amazing, don't let the name deter you away. I came here on a date night and thought the dog bar? I am a vegetarian and ordered the french onion soup and the vegetarian pasta with butter sauce. It was the best meal I have ever had. My date had the french onion soup and a filet mignon. He also said it was the best he has ever had. We will definitely be coming here again!
