My first visit was my last. I hate to give a bad review but I’m appalled by the customer service the lady provided. The young lady at the counter was extremely rude to another customer that the customer ended up walking out without her order - I was about to do the same since I also felt like a bother for even asking to buy a few pastries. It’s a shame because the cakes are pretty good and fresh - but nobody wants to be spoken to so nasty and rudely as a buying customer
Your customers are the reason your business is in business - to the owner , be careful who you have helping your customers because that girl is going to push more your business away.

Horrible delay for 24 hours, don't full fill expecting don't full what they promise, they cakes have not finished what they say. And very expense for what they do,, I was expecting some real personalization real design... I ordered a cake and it was not ready the day I picked it up, saying it would be ready the next day, the decoration was incomplete, it did not have what they had said, they would give the cake terrible service and bad taste

I love that they fry your empanadas to order, that's where I know they are giving me a fresh and recent product. They have many options from cakes, desserts, natural juices and other things. They are the best in everything they do. From the empanadas de yuca to the natural juices. The cakes are authentic Dominican. You can ask for them to make it with suspiro and it's out of this world. By far the best in Rockland right now.

I had heard many people delighted with the food and the dessert. I have had to try the tres leches cake and it is fantastic and also the toast and I must say that they are very rich and delicious and totally worth it, and the juice has an excellent flavor, congratulations ??

I ordered a cake for my birthday and it was HORRIBLE. I asked for Dominican dough with Dominican meringue and they didn't make me what I asked for. The Biscocho was hard and old. The entire vote was thrown away. I tried to contact the owner several times and she did not want to cooperate with a return or exchange of product. Very bad service. This was 5/18 and it's 5/29 and I still haven't received a response ?.

I was super excited about this place at first because the avena is really good, however they are really unorganized. The food is never ready even when ordered in advance and most of the time the order is incorrect.

So went here for a piece of Dominican cake and some pastries and donuts and everything was OLD and Hard. Really bad! Taste was not good either. I’m used to buying stuff like this in Washington Heights. Wow. Can’t understand why they would leave old stuff on the shelf and sell it. I Dont like to leave such a negative review but was embarrassed as I bought stuff to a relatives house.
