just got a bagel, toasted with REGULAR cream cheese and this is what they gave me!! This is the second time it’s happened THIS week! absolutely ridiculous 😒 would’ve taken the same amount of effort to put a decent amount of cream cheese instead I’m eating a cold piece of bread which i could’ve gotten at home

Walked in there were 3 employees doing absolutely nothing. There were no customers in the store yet none of the 3 greeted me or took my order for exactly 2 mins and 48 seconds. I waited patiently until one of the employees said “Do you wanna order?” What a joke, I ordered only because there’s no Starbucks for 10 miles. Horrid service - can they open a Starbucks near by! 0 stars

I just saw this post about the atmosphere in dunkin, and I completely disagree I have seen these workers try their hardest to close the shop and attend customers at the same time and usually customers that come in at night expect Everything quick and don’t even say thank you, so whoever posted that review should really rethink on that and I believe these young employees are doing their best, great work!!

It was 9:30 they have already closed their doors. This person was picking up his order, if you leave around garnerville and Haverstraw you know this person that walks around 9w to work (special needs person) if you walk in around 9:20 they have a very bad attitude towards customers because they wanna leave. I think after the renovation this place only got worse.

No one speaks English was over charged and couldn’t get one person to understand the mistake because they don’t speak basic English another another customer had to step in to translate
My husband and I usually buy coffee there on Sundays. When we ask for the latte or cappuccino, they give us half full. They justify themselves saying that the way it should be. And refuse to fill the cup. Personally me, I worked in café and I know the measurements very well! It is rude and unacceptable! And it is also sad, because client is nobody for the staff in this West Haverstraw location. So sad. And not the first time...

We went there right before closing 930 and there was friends of the employees making fun of us calling us names in Spanish like we didn’t know Spanish and the employees were very rude and unprofessional. They kept getting our drink wrong and then they got mad and threw it out in the garbage and they kept giving us the wrong drink And then they got mad when we told them to tell their friends to stop

Please check your order before you leave. I ordered loaded hash browns and it came with eggs and what looked like chives. It call for cheese and bacon. Being that it was 5am I couldn’t turn around or I’d be late for work. I can’t eat eggs 🤷🏾♀️. I order a latte almond milk which is another.50 cents and you guessed it they put whole milk. Now I’m currently writing to you from the toilet when I should be working. Please check your order before you leave, this is not the first time this has happened to me. This is just the first time I’m complaining because I feel like this location needs to be better.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich the bacon was not cooked the bread wasn't toasted look nothing like the picture hate going to these fast food placing and they just waste your money. They don't care you spent your money on food and can't eat it.
