Updated review: things have declined… ordered for delivery, whole family order was kidding biscuits, French fries were rock hard stale, and the chicken was salty .
So disappointed because this was my fav KFC. Time and time again their chicken was soooooo good. Idk what happened recently but it is not working.

Lowering my initial review. Orders are always messed up (order extra crispy and they give you original, etc.) and the sandwich buns are always hard as a rock. Corporate is quick to refund a few dollars but has yet to fix the problem.

Horrible service! Employee's are extremely unprofessional.Two women canceled my order after my bank processed my payment. I showed them my phone as proof with my bank info and app info. I called corporate with a complaint. The representative could not explain why my order was canceled. So, I asked her since KFC already has the money, could she call the restaurant to confirm my order? and I was denied. I wasn't even about the money now, it's the principles. I had my children waiting the whole time, thinking that our order was being prepared as the app read. This definitely left a bad impression. Never again with KFC.

Tried to join their “App” so that I could get their special. Unbelievably complicated. Plus, you have to give them your credit card info because they won’t let you pay cash EVEN IF YOU’RE ALREADY IN THE RESTAURANT.
