Imagine placing an order to be picked up by 6 and you show up at 5:54pm to check in. The person working the register goes in the back to check if your order is ready only to over hear “they said they were going to be here at 6 I’m not bringing out the order till 6” . The person working the register then comes back out and tells you your order will be put in 6 mins. Mind you, you can see in the back and the order was ready. I truly apologize about inconveniencing you by ordering food from your establishment . We won’t do it again I promise

I’ve called twice within a 3 week time period and both times Brad’s had no rolls for Philly Cheesteaks. Today I called at about 3:15 pm and a few weeks ago at about 4:30pm. This seems to be a common theme and is a bit disappointing. I keep trying to give them another chance, but at what point do you give up. On a positive note, I’ve ordered these in the past and they are a good cheesesteak, probably a 4 out of 5. I don’t even like giving a less than positive review, just hoping Brad’s can figure out the sub roll situation.

This was our first Pizza from Brad’s Pizza. The new sign caught our eye. It was a great pizza! It seems larger than most larges. The toppings were fresh, the crust was nice, and the sauce has got a great zesty flavor. The price is more than reasonable and the owner and staff are super friendly. Give this place a shot, you won’t be disappointed!
