Today I sat in line for 17 minutes before getting up to the window. I was asking for a strawberry refresher and I was requesting a modification to add creamer and they told me they cannot do that and if I wanted to add creamer, they would charge me for a whole second drink I am now stuck in this line, waiting for people to get their drink so I leave because there’s a partition so I can’t leave the line. This was such a waste of my time and I really don’t think it’s that serious to have a modification on a strawberry refresher that literally comes with its own modification options. I wasted a half hour for no reason here. I will just take the time to go to the one down the street that will make my drink with no problem.

My stepdad ordered and thought he said large but he didn’t, simple mistake. They gave us a small and he asked for a large at the window. The girl at the window was extremely rude and as she was walking away she said “you ordered a small” in an extremely rude tone. She just took the small drink and added ice to it in a large cup. We would’ve paid for a large but she didn’t give us a chance to offer. I’ve had interactions with her before and she was just as rude.

My $5 matcha latte was essentially all ice I think I finished in like 5 sips. Quality control?
