We love this Dunkin! Their staff is always chipper and friendly- even at our very early morning’s visits! Don’t know how they do it, but it starts my day with a smile - many thanks— oh and the coffee/wraps/ chocolate glazed are the best. Keep it going!!
Service is always slow...orders are always wrong or missing food...its my own fault bu now I should no better then to pull away before I check my bags...and it's like they never have anything...the other days before noon...they were all out of everything & plan bagels...they never have donuts and the ones they do are often stale...whoever is ordering the stuff needs to do better
New Building looks pretty. They have messed up every order..left out food or left out drinks to pretty much every order I have made...I will do an order over the app and my husband will run down or my son will stop with friends on their way home from school...something is always missing. I sometimes call & they sometimes apologize and say there was a big rush or they don't have enough workers....but everytime come on! I have stopped calling.
