This place is great. Unfortunately, they are closed for the season until Spring. But you'd never know it from the way Google ignores that fact, claiming in the establishment's "hours" section that it's business as usual. Hey Google, look at my screenshot. That's from the restaurant's website. Plain as day you can read (if you know how to read), "closed for the season."

Think this place is closed, although it says opened on Google. Some of the windows were boarded up. Might be done for the season...or ever.

Great food. Sometimes slow service, but it's a mainstay for seafood! I'd recommend it!

This place charges way too much for frozen seafood on a plastic plate. Fish of the day, frozen mushy tilapia. I was told it was fluke, I couldn't believe it, all the seafood was frozen not fresh. You would think that for a restaurant on the water they would serve u fresh fish. There's even a fish market rightsdown the road. Service was great though fast and precise I honestly wouldn't Come back here for a soda .

Came in last minute for a late lunch with a party of 3. Food was okay but the waitress was rude which brought the food rating down.- I kindly mentioned that they forgot the coleslaw with the seafood platter and she looked at our table and asked “are you sure?” Like YES miss they forgot it… coleslaw came and it wasn’t even good and worth her condescending attitude. When the check came and I went to tap she took my card from my hand and then slammed it down on the table to tell me the tipping option…

We rolled in on our boat but the wait was too long to stay. Cute little dive restaurant and bar off the water and road. Very casual. Good band live. Great vibes. Will be back for sure.

I’ve been wanting to check out Kingstons for the few years I had moved to Sayville. We finally went and I was very pleasantly surprised with how good everything was.My Mom and I ordered lobster bisque soups which were delicious & the fried seafood platters for dinner which was cooked just right and very fresh.I had a Margarita and my mom a rum punch, the drinks are pricey, but at least they’re strong & made well. It’s a great atmosphere, live music, family oriented and cute decor. The staff were very friendly and attentive.I think we found our new summer spot only next time I’m bringing more friends and family along to share in the great food and atmosphere!Nowadays when you go out to eat it’s so expensive and often leave thinking I paid so much money for mediocre food & a but disappointed, but I left here feeling the complete opposite.I also felt the prices were very fair!Highly recommend trying Kingstons Clam bar!

A scenic view of the bay to go along with your seafood cravings.

Parking: Not a lot of parking, can be somewhat difficult, depending on time and day.
