I come in when it says it’s open and they can’t serve me because the employee gets there probably hours late. This place is not good at all somebody needs to be in charge of what’s happening

I just got Subway coupons in the mail so I go to my local Subway in Sayville and they wouldn't accept them. That's ridiculous they don't take Subway coupons. I know there own separate but you own A Subway so you should be taking your own coupons. Everyone else takes there own restaurant coupons. I'll never go to the Sayville Subway again.

Used to be a great store, but something happened a few days ago that confuses me still. I placed an order for two subs, one a meatball sub and a grilled chicken sub with assorted veggies and teriyaki sauce that could last me two days. When I went there to pick up my order, there were 4 people waiting to place their order in-person and one single employee making the sandwiches for both the in-person and online orders. When I picked up my order, I realized she didn’t give me my 2 cookies. I went back into the store and she apologized to me while giving me my cookies (it sounds weird saying it in a review haha).I wish I checked my sandwiches also, but when I went home my order was screwed in the weirdest way possible. One sub only had chicken, while the second one had EVERYTHING ELSE on it. I wish I took a picture, but at the time I shrugged it off and put the toppings on the correct sub since I was on a time crunch.When I was picking up someone else’s order for a delivery service a day later, the store was closed an hour earlier than what it says on their door (closes at 9:30 on Mondays). I assume the same worker didn’t turn off the tablet they use to accept third party orders or something, but who knows anymore.

As a big fan of Subway, I was extremely disappointed yesterday when the two sandwiches I ordered came out with flavorless, stale bread, and instead of the pickles. I ordered, I had hot pepper. The fact that they would not except coupons was just icing on the cake. Will never go there again.
