Went in to get a table and I stood at the front desk waiting for someone to get us a table and no one showed up. Stood there for 15 min and all the waitress and bartender just looked at me. Walked out and went to restaurant next door. Will not be going back.

I had a very disappointing experience with one of the employe who was working in carry-out section on 01/17/25 around 7 pm at this establishment. During my visit, the staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did they speak to me in a condescending tone, but they also cursed me out when I tried to ask a simple question. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. It's hard to believe that someone with such a negative attitude is representing a business. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses this issue to ensure that other customers don't have to endure the same treatment.

I met a guy here for a first date around 6:00 on 11/5/24. Firstly, I felt like I was being rushed (even though it was no where near close). Overall just didn’t love the service. Then we got dessert. The server brought the check and he paid by card while we were eating. I felt something kind of crunchy in the ice cream which I assumed was freezer burn and kept eating. Then, I got a bigger chunk. I tried to chew it, again thinking it was ice. I pulled it out of my mouth and it was a shard of BROKEN GLASS. I never complain at restaurants and got super anxious to do so. There was no one else around so I approached the host stand and she informed our server who got the manager. I didn’t really receive an apology, just got asked what I found in the ice cream. They were aware that something had broken in the back and the cook had claimed to dump everything which was clearly a lie. I get that accidents happen but this was pretty dangerous and I realistically shouldn’t have to worry about dying while eating at Applebee’s. The manager gave my date a $20 credit on his phone number because he’d already paid.

The cook did a great job on my quesadilla burger! It was cooked perfectly and really juicy. Julie, my server, was amazing and friendly? Fran, the manager, was really polite and made sure I was happy with my service. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
