Just went to this location and order the same food I order a few days ago at a different location I spent 11.80 on the same order I just got from a different location for 8.50 and they messed up the order in case you were wondering they didn’t say total so I just handed my card didn’t realize till later when I got home finding the order messed up and looking at the receipt so they are charging a premium price compared to a location less then 5 minutes away and can’t even get the order right never ever going back they can kiss where the sun don’t shine

I tried to order a whopper jr..the cashier tried to charge me for a regular whooper and said that thr price for the whopper Jr meal was 11.00 dollars and change. How many people have they scammed and pocketed money from..it's horrible when the workers are stealing from the customers and burger King at the same time

A couple weeks ago. I was waiting in the drive thru for about 5 minutes and the blonde girl with no hat on her phone came over and told me there was no more chicken fries left. When I ask for a refund she gave me a card and walked away. I have never seen that before in my 35 years of going through drive thru at any McDonald's, burger king, etc.... I think something should be done about that. It really makes you look bad. If she is a manager good luck. She will lose you a lot of customer's. I will not be going back anytime soon. I will be telling my family and friends about my experience. Also I was sitting in the corner and saw this on the ground. There are flies all over the place. The pop area smells like and out house. I hope no one gets sick. You need to fire the staff that are there or I'm calling the health department. This is a disgrace to a couple year's old building. If anyone in my business place of business did this they would be gone no questions ask.

I have gone to this one twice. There are flies everywhere. If you don’t want to use the kiosk to order it will take forever for someone to come and take your order even tho they are standing right there talking. I got chicken fried (cold and soggy), a brisket whopper (tasked disgusting, messy, looked like there was pulled pork or chicken on top of it), onion rings (cold and soggy). I do not recommend this Burger King.

I placed a mobile order and was a little late picking it up. Kevin was thoughtful and waited until I got there to put my fries in the bag! It might seem silly, but it meant a lot to me!

Worst BK in the area. Every single time I visit there is an issue. Miss food, wrong drinks or food not as requested. Oh also if you want a refund after head management hours forget it. A smile and have a nice day would kill this crew.

Theres was a line and some not very happy customers. It was moving day so I chose to come to BK for their bundle deals for alot of nuggets and burgers....only to be told sorry its not on the menu you have to download the app for that. After sitting down and going theough all that...nope still not an option. The manger then explains thats a carols only deal. Im sorry but if your store doesn't have it, (I selected the very store I was at on the app) it should be removed from the site as options then.

My experience at Burger Kind was extremely enjoyable because of Alecia (spelling?) I stopped late one night, extremly tired and confused Alecia was very helpful, patient and just so kind to me. I will drive out of my way to visit this location because of the great customer service she provided !

I was given the incorrect items. I ordered 2 ham, egg & cheese croissants & 2 sausage, egg & cheese croissants. They gave me 2 ham & 2 with bacon. My husband had to miss breakfast as we were headed out of town & had to leave right away. It caused great stress the rest of the day.
