This BK opened quite recently, so it's understandable that the drive thru was a little slower. Everyone there is still learning. Great food, kind staff. Love the area it's in.
Went a little past midnight, had to ask for her name at the drive thru because she was doing such a great job. Maggie was exceptional. Great attitude, service with a smile even this late. She was quick and pleasant. As a restaurant owner I know a great employee when I see one. Great job Maggie!
First time at this one. Ordered on the app drive thru pick up. They were giving me the wrong order. I told them it was wrong then they gave me the right one. I've been to the Burger King in Tonawanda at 100 Delaware 50 times and never 1 mistake. Management is everything with these places.
