I placed a mobile order and was a little late picking it up. Kevin was thoughtful and waited until I got there to put my fries in the bag! It might seem silly, but it meant a lot to me!
Theres was a line and some not very happy customers. It was moving day so I chose to come to BK for their bundle deals for alot of nuggets and burgers....only to be told sorry its not on the menu you have to download the app for that. My experience at Burger Kind was extremely enjoyable because of Alecia (spelling?) I stopped late one night, extremly tired and confused Alecia was very helpful, patient and just so kind to me. I will drive out of my way to visit this location because of the great customer service she provided !
