We used Carmen's for our family Christmas party and everything was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing!! In particular, the beef rollups were so tasty and tender, The chicken parm was juicy and so flavorful. The attention to detail , high quality ingredients and overall taste sets them apart from other caterers. I would highly recommend them!
They catered family Christmas party again and once again food was excellent. Mash potatoes and the baked chicken were amazing. Food is always delivered on time.
