Don Juan Mexican Restaurant West Seneca

The food is delicious and spicy and the staff is the coolest. We go at least once a month as it is officially my happy place. My favorite dish to order are the fish tacos, always cooked to perfection. It's really a great spot with great margaritas!

I wish they didn’t stick us in the corner next to the front door, and where the servers all hang out, it was a date night for me and my husband, who don’t get to go out alone much anymore, due to having a child. We truly wanted to go on their big back patio, but it looks like they were avoiding putting anyone there unfortunately, for a Friday night during August, there was maybe 4 other groups of people, so plenty of space. Otherwise the food was delicious, and everyone was very respectful. Prices are awesome, and the portion sizes are huge!!

I just ordered off of Door dash and I have to say respectfully someone done put all the feet in hereeeee. These are the best tacos I've ever had! Also, I ordered the birria tacos they adjusted the price for me because I took off the rice and beans. I was sharing with my son and he's the type of person where the food cannot touch each other but my son literally melted to the floor after eating one of the tacos he said someone made this with love. Trust we will be coming in house next time. Thank you so much!!

Got the don Juan 'big burrito'. It was around 18 dollars, so I thought for sure it would at least come with rice and beans on the side.. Nope.. I can spend 9 dollars at chipotle and get a burrito four times this size. Also, they charge $1.50 for extra salsa with the chips. They give such a tiny amount compared to most other Mexican restaurants. Also, most other restaurants offer free salsa.

This is the best Mexican restaurant ever. I have been here several times. After eating at many Mexican restaurants in Buffalo, this place is easily the best Mexican restaurant in Buffalo in my opinion. The service is great, we love that it’s family owned and you can definitely feel that vibe. The food is excellent and they clearly use fresh ingredients 10/10 and I am willing to argue about it!!!!!

The food was fantastic and the portions were huge. This place seemed like a well kept secret. It wasn't busy when we went. Their margaritas are delicious. I had a shrimp dish and they didn't skimp on the shrimp at all. Our waiter did an excellent job. I would highly recommend stopping here. It's a bit out of my area, but I would make a special trip.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The food tasted as if someone grabbed a spice rack and shook every condiment into it. They water down every drink and lied about the size of the food I was getting when I asked. The service was also terrible as we had to wait for simple things such as Napkins. Along with this, when we asked to be seated the server threw our menus onto the table and walked off. This place is extremely overpriced for how bad the food is and if you have a larger party, they’ll make you sit outside on the patio without even asking first. The plates and the utensils where also dirty
