Order 20 wings tossed in hot sauce because they upcharge $5 on DoorDash to get X-Hot wing sauce? But I ordered a single a few weeks ago and there was no charge. The wings were SO, so dry. With no celery. Two 1 ounce bleu cheeses. $35 for 20 wings after tax and tip. Disappointed.

We recently had a work dinner here and the food was awesome! Our apps included: soft pretzel sticks, roasted brussel sprouts, and artichoke dip, which were all so delicious! Everyone's dinner was also good & plentiful. They have many drink options for fall too. My only issues with this place is when I walk in and my shoes stick to the floor! 😳it gives me an icky feeling & makes me wonder how often anything at this establishment gets cleaned!🤔So please, one suggestion... mop your floor! TY

Place is terrible. The waitresses are rude toward take our guests. Waitress got in a screaming match saying offensive things because I mentioned no one after 30 minutes asked who I was there for. Some tall blonde was the worst offender. If she worked at my company, she'd be fired for how she spoke to a customer. Not only that, I canceled my order after they started because of how rude these people are

Food was not edible or available for that matter. We had to have several choice changes for dinner because they ran out? And then the alternative tasted dry and burnt. How do you mess up chicken fingers? Don't come here with a big group this place cant handle it.

The food here is usually good, but the service really suffers when they get busy. Tonight the bartender seemed completely lost behind the bar. He asked what I needed, and when I said I was just picking up my food (with my card already in hand), he walked away. It took another 10–15 minutes before he came back—after taking shots and serving several other customers who had just walked up. This was on top of the 10 minutes I had already been waiting. On my previous order, I also received blue cheese instead of tartar sauce with my fish fry. Small mistakes happen, but combined with the service issues, it makes the experience frustrating.

We love Ebenezer. Been going regularly since they opened after Zs. It's so amazing they carry excellent choices for NA beers. My husband loves their burgers. I used to love their nachos, but have tried twice recently and DO NOT like the changes made to this dish (beyond disappointed 😞). They used to have the best queso hands down. Now they've added something all over the dish that tastes like a ketchup mustard mix or McDonald's secret sauce and itis gross...ruins the plate. Thankfully their Cajun Angels & Street Tacos with shrimp are still amazing!

The service was great!! The food was terrible, the steak hoagie was gross, the wings were crispy but the flavor was very poor. The bill was ridiculous for sandwiches and wings! Will not go back!

First visit and we fell in love with the place! We went for lunch and there was no wait to sit on the back patio. Both the hostess and waitress were very attentive and got our food and drinks quickly!! One page menu with a wide variety of meals, to include vegetarian options. A must try is the Korean Salmon or the Nashville Hot chicken!! Both cooked to perfection and full of authentic flavors!! We will absolutely be coming back!

Part of our order included garlic parm wings chargrilled. They gave us lemon pepper instead. The waitress asked if we wanted a sauce and we’re like no, the wings are wrong. They then brought out garlic parm for us but there were only 6 of them, and they were not chargrilled. One of the more confusing experiences I’ve had. It’s like they didn’t believe us that we ordered garlic parm. We left the lemon pepper ones on the plate so it’s not like we doubled up.
The loaded fries were pretty good. Beer was cold. Patio seems nice. But wings were not good and with that interaction, prob won’t be back for food.

Definitely not the same. The menu completely changed , it's half of what it used to be. And what's listed on the menu isn't what your actually served - they prepare your food how they want - used to love going for the appetizers, now most of them are gone. 👎
