I came in today at 12:30 to pick up a fairly larger order for M&T at the Seneca One building located in downtown Buffalo. All I seen was a young lady and a young male behind the counter, he asks me where did I park and told her to make sure I confirm the order while he was grabbing the boxes that was no problem he then told me to grab 2 liter pops and them said 3 of them and proceeded to tell me a Diet Pepsi, star pop and reg Pepsi, while I was grabbing them he was on his way out towards the do I ask him nicely if it’s a total of 3 not 2 and confirmed rhe name of the 3rd one I was grabbing. Now not thinking by trying to move so fast I could have just double checked the order my self instead of having him repeat rhe name of the pop I didn’t think it was a big deal. After proceeding to leave out with the three 2 liters he had the pizzas and I left out the first door holding the door open with the side of my back and then used my foot to swing open the second door thinking he would catch it while it was open since he was right behind me. As I’m going towards my car he says “you couldn’t hold the door” I apologize with a smile and said “oh I thought you were moving fast right behind me” he then says “what’s wrong with you, you couldn’t hear me when I told you the name of the pops after I said it 3x, and then says hurry up I’m trying to help you” as I’m putting the pops inside the car so I can grab the pizza he said something else so I said just take them back in I can get them, he says no” etc and we exchanged a couple of words, honestly I was so shocked how he talked to me and he really made my nerves bad and pissed me off

Ordered a large pizza with cheese and pepperoni with 10 wings medium. First time ever ordering from here. Workers there were very nice. Service was great but the food was not. Pizza lacked a lot of flavor and wings were gummy and not cooked long enough.

Love their pizza taste amazing and workers are very nice but today I also decided to try their home made Dubai chocolate cheesecake and WOWWWWW!!! Actually MIND BLOWING how amazing it is I just finished eating it and I’m already crazing another one can’t wait to come back and order more ! (i don’t really leave reviews on google unless it’s that good !!!)

andy was rude and not friendly keep him in the back making pizzas or something the lady was nice and honestly saved andy by helping me. thanks but wont ever be back
If it’s not good, I’ll reject it. If it’s good, I’ll be traveling all over to get to it. Ferros is another great choice If you like Super Tasty pizza . Also Very CHEESY. I’m so picky with pizza it’s East NY style or nothing and my other Secret Spots are all over my reviews. Not to mention Very Kind gentlemen working there as well and quiet atmosphere with some gaming machines. Be sure to bring coins or *singles* for those.

Used to eat there when I lived in Buffalo. Great NY pie. Now living in FLA, annual trip up visit family and ALWAYS stop there. In fact, this year, I ordered a large 20-inch, froze it in baggies, and packed it in an insulated bag in my Checked in luggage home! Yes, it was still fairly frozen, and I'm enjoying parceling each bag out of the freezer over for the next 2 weeks. Great pie!
