Just attended a wedding the food was very good and hot. The tenderloin so tender, was amazed how good the chicken and stuffing was. I personally don’t like carrots a mix veg would have been good but bride might have wanted the carrots . Nice touch offering seconds if you were still hungry. I would totally recommend 👍

We attended a sit down wedding last night hosted by Frontier Catering. Food was delicious,, served piping hot, and I have never attended any affair where owner and staff walked around offering seconds. Truly a great experience

They catered a wedding that I recently attended. Not the best, not the worst.
Would describe the beef and stuffed chicken plated meal as ‘business class airplane food’. Potatoes were definitely fake, or used a heavy potato flake additive.
Portions were large. The chicken was the highlight. Beef was mealy and the salad was drowning in dressing.
The folks that came out and offered seconds was a nice touch as to not waste food.
My biggest hard no is the staff reusing appetizer olives, etc. I watched the staff pour the leftovers of the large martini glasses on the app table back into prep containers that were already filled with like items. After seeing people use their fingers to pick these items out of the serving bowls, and then to rejoin assumably unused items is definitely a health issue.

I just left a wedding and OMG.. this place catered it ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.. from the service to the food to the friendliness it was perfect . Even walked around after asking if everyone wanted seconds of the prime rib who does that ? These people lol great job guys wellllll done

I have twice now, been at an event where they catered it ,absolutely outstanding hands-down the best food I’ve ever had from a catered event. The meat was so tender. It was both beef and stuffed chicken breast that you didn’t even need a knife to cut it. The staff was spectacular. I can’t say enough positive things about this company

Wow!! Frontier catering was absolutely amazing! Art is a true professional. His staff is top notch from our table server to Diane the bartender and the entire staff went way above and beyond. He promised us a first class event and he delivered more than that. Our daughters wedding was at the Legacy in Hamburg 8/02/2024 and The cheese charcuterie board was simply amazing! More like a work of art actually. Art served his home baked bread to start the dinner it was perfect and delicious. We even had many complements on the bread! Then was a melt in your mouth Filet that you could cut with a fork. Many guests said is was the best steak they ever tasted! The chicken, salad, mashed potatoes and the carrots were also AMAZING!! Then they came around with seconds! Very impressive! They served 140 guests at once! Food was served hot and nobody waited for anything ever, Simply awesome execution! Our daughters special day was absolutely perfect! Thanks to Art and his very professional staff. I highly recommend them for your event. This man is a true professional in his field he's assembled a team that is a well oiled machine and he is the guy you want if you're looking for a perfect event. If I could give them 20 stars I would!

Frontier catering provided services at our Fire Department Installation Dinner. This was hands down, the best dinner we have had in 15 years! Not to belittle other vendors but Frontier Catering went way beyond our expectations. The server introduced herself and was always there to follow up on our progress. The food was excellent, everything was great from start to finish. Frontier Catering…whatever you’re doing in your business…. Keep it up! Amazing!!!!

Art & his team put on the best stations service for our wedding last month. I can’t tell you how many guests complimented the food. Everything was great! Leading up to our wedding, Art was very easy to plan and work with, giving us his honest & transparent expertise. We would 100% recommend!
Our daughter’s wedding took place this weekend and it was everything we had hoped and planned for over the last year and a half! It goes to show you that no matter how beautiful the venue is, how wonderful the bride and groom and wedding party look, for most people it takes wonderful food for the party to be a success! Artie and his team at Frontier Catering provided top notch food and service! Our guests raved about the food, with particular emphasis on the beef, salad dressing, the very cool carrots and the creamsicle cake! Then when Artie came around to ask people if they wanted second helpings, the guests were surprised and so pleased! We loved the way Artie coordinates with all the other vendors to make sure all timelines and services meld so that there are no awkward moments and each part of the wedding progresses seamlessly. Because Artie has extensive experience, he is able to respond quickly and successfully to any unexpected issues that come up. That is a real asset with a sizable wedding where so much can go wrong and sometimes does! We were really lucky to have chosen the right caterer, it made all the difference in the world!

Art has such PASSION for his food, service and attention to detail. I was a pandemic bride and he was nothing but helpful during all of the many reschedules until we landed on date that ended up working. The appetizers were beautiful! The food was HOT, scrumptious and plentiful. His team even came around with seconds (you can tell from the picture how delighted my brother was)! His speciality creamsicle cake was a fan favorite! I’ve had many people tell me it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. I wish Art had a restaurant because I would be there all the time!!!! On the day of the reception, a few guests couldn’t make it and Art packed up those dinners so my husband and I could enjoy them the next day!!! Great people to work with! He was quick to respond to any of my emails and calls, and so was Nancy! It was also convenient that he provided all of the linens for the table. He is more than a chef and a caterer, he is a wedding planner that coordinates with the other vendors so your day is flawless! Thanks again Art!!!!
