Place is barren, run down and has poor customer service. Employee couldn't be bothered to get off their phone when I came in. Too many options in Buffalo NY to deal with this

I dont normally complete reviews with a poor opinion, but here it goes. I ordered for a delivery when I received my meals, I was missing a meal (I understand that it could be misplaced, fell out of the bag, etc.) but when I connected to see how I can receive my missing meal, no answer. Only one location answered (wouldn't give me the number for the location I needed) took my information and informed me my meal will be delivered by 6pm. Never received a call or my meal. I facebook message Kitchen 32 in hopes I would hear back, the message was read but didn't hear anything. Highly upset.

I gave a recommendation, but the jury is still out. My wife bought 6 meals this past weekend to test them before my surgery next week. I’m retired and do all the cooking so a meal service would be great while I’m laid up. Tonight we had the fajita bowl. Can’t say it was good or bad as it really had no taste whatsoever. Like there was no seasoning at all. I’m hoping this was a fluke and the other two dinners will be better.

I was working by kitchen 32 this summer and spoke with owner about work being done. All I can say is outstanding service, great staff, fantastic food. Never ate there before and I assure you, I will be a repeat customer for a long time!!

I was hoping I was going to be able to make Kitchen 32 my new go to meal prep provider because the prices and variety were great, maybe even the best I've seen. However, some flaws quickly emerged and could not go unnoticed. The menu has pictures that don't always apply to the specific meal or there are no pictures for some meals, the ingredients aren't always listed and/or the macros are missing. This translated to my pickup experience where my meals were in a random, plain
