We ordered from there this past Sunday night and usually the food is good, however, this past Sunday was extremely disappointing because instead of throwing out the chicken fingers that were burnt, they instead tried to hide the fact it was burnt and cover it in sauce, I would have rather waited an extra 10-15 mins then bite into that. I understand mistakes happen and I won’t allow this to stop me from coming but hopefully this is read and the staff is made aware that covering up over cooked food is not the way to go about things

I will go to Leo’s and I will pay for my food in cash and ask for a receipt back and explain to the manager on site that this will never happen again to me because I will never return to their place of business. This is not the first time I have been disappointed with Leos and the service years ago. There was six of us out to dinner we gave her a $45 tip. She came back and says is this it I never ate inside again.I placed an order at the bar had a drink paid my bill received my food. I went home. I get home half. My food is not here. I don’t live around the corner. It’s a 20 minute ride for me. I used to like Leos. They will never get my business again. I returned to the bar. The manager knew I was coming. He tried to speak to me on the way there I was so upset I couldn’t even continue the conversation I get to the bar. I request the manager. He comes out with my food. I tell him I want my $10 tip back which I’ve never in my life asked for, but I feel they did not deserve a tip in any shape or form. He has my receipt and it shows I did not give a tip. I said that wrong I gave a tip I gave a $10 tip on my card manager still getting upset because I raised my voice. I decided to leave. I’m going to attempt to stop payment on that transaction tomorrow morning at 9 AM once the transaction is completed.

Ordered take out, asked for LIGHT cooked pizza and CRISPY wings, we received overcooked pizza with undercooked chicken wings, soooo I called. I was told there was nothing they could do, (THEY COOKED AND SENT THAT FOOD OUT OF THEIR KITCHEN) the manager proceeded to hang up on me. That place could be great, but that was our experience.

This is the most disgusting pizza I have ever tasted in my life. My pizza seemed as if it was dunked in water. The cheese was hard but cold and the pizza dough was wet and soggy. Zero Stars bro! I didn't even finish what I ordered. ?

I ordered a large cheese pizza and a bucket of wings mild and went home to find out the wings were overcooked and not sauced wings. pizza was raw and very little sauce will never order from this location again
