Service is great and efficient, but this is second time in the past few months I have ordered a Spicy McCrispy and it came with lettuce and mayo instead of the spicy sauce and pickles. Very frustrating to get home to boring mayonnaise, because that spicy sauce is amazing!!

food is always great and the staff are wonderful too, always greeting whoever they see and making sure our experience is great! if any mistakes are made by them they thank us and fix it always with a positive attitude. very positive place and everyone should keep up the good work

For my money, the two busiest McDonald's are the one on Union Road in West Seneca, just south of the Southgate Plaza, and the one on Camp Road in Hamburg. Both always seem to have lines around the clock. They have clean restaurants, hot food, and friendly staff, no matter the line. It is always a pleasure to stop by. My other favorite is the one at the five corners, where Southwestern, Transit, Union, Or chard Park Road, and Lake meet. The lines aren't as long here,...
