SOPHIA is my all time favorite knowing what I want as soon as she sees me and she makes the best sub hands down . they have a large variety of fresh cut meats and cheeses if your wondering how something tastes just ask for a free sample. My family and I come here all the time. Unfortunately today the woman working behind the counter was extremely rude and kept making comments under her breath. First it was âyou need to communicate we donât know who yous areâ then it was âoh so youâre not ready then?â when cashing out. Youâre the employee. Why donât you communicate kindly and if you canât do then maybe try another job. You donât need to talk under your breath to people like a little kid.

Way cheaper than Niagara produce on everything. The cold cuts are the cheapest in Western New York. Super busy and still everyone working there was a great friendly mood. I also saw that Brooklyn pizza is opening up one of their new locations there.

I had a couple deli trays for a small party done here. They did an outstanding job. So fresh, well presented. Very happy with everything. Ill definitely use Omega Deli for future parties.
