Terrible service, girl with tattoos on fingers is very rude and nasty made decided to leave without ordering. Manager aloof doesn't care about customers.

To the girly boy with long black hair and a bull ring in his nose behind the counter, all the attitude is unnecessary. It's not my fault you're busy. If you can't handle a dinner rush you shouldn't be working in food.

I’m so happy with my food and the interactions I had at this subway! Myself and others standing in line were treated with the most respect from Lee and Aiden on shift! They deserve a raise! Super kind and friendly even when one customer was having a problem understanding her total. We collectively helped her take her food to her vehicle as well! I’m appreciative of the good food and hospitality! Very hardworking and friendly employees you have!

Employees are always really great to deal with. Once there was a miserable dusty old woman making a scene in front of me, but the two young guys handled it really well lol.

Subway. Not much you need to know. Tryed their new pretzel after seeing they have a bunch of additional caveats posted on using their coupons posted on the door. For the prices they're charging now support local sub shops/pizzerias you'll get a better value. Oh the pretzel was kinda mediocre no cheese option only honey mustard.

This was a great experience, the cashier / sub handler had amazing customer service, I absolutely love the quality of care that the employees show! I’d have to say my favorite employees so far would definitely be the two Hispanic women. They completely care about you and the service you receive. Food was made to a par (absolutely delicious) atmosphere amazing super clean! And everyone here is so friendly I love that! 10/10 will come again

I order a 6in beast 2-4 times a week at the Bowen road elma location. For $8. Purchased the exact same sub at the location in the Southgate for $11.99 still 6 inch. The sub was good but a 50% increase in price is disgusting. This will be the last time I eat at that subway. The owner of that location is clearly filled with greed and I cannot support that. I feel embarrassed for that person. I could never conduct myself professionally in a setting offering the same service for a 50% price increase. I like subway and I hope this owner figures out his finances because I refuse to be bent over a barrel and shown the 50 states. Greed is a horrible demon that has clearly gotten the best of him. If you'd like a mid tear sub at a 5 star price this is the place to be. Customer service was excellent but the owner of this franchise is an animal.
