Ryder has made me subs multiple times at this location and is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen. Great customer service, speedy, and great quality work. I certainly recommend this Subway just based on Ryder alone, if the other worker's are close to him, you will not be disatisfied.
I do not know the gentleman’s name that works afternoons and evenings, but phenomenal attention to quality, outstanding service, and great attitude. I come here weekly with my son and have never once had anything in the slightest to complain about. If this man isn’t the franchise owner, he should be. Give this man a huge raise as he, himself is the sole reason I keep coming back
The Subway on Southwestern is the best! I live in East Aurora but hate the rude employees/ owner there, so I go out of my way to patronize this one instead. Ryan and Bob are the best. It’s always clean, veggies are fresh and above all, they have awesome customer service skills and great attitudes. They deserve a raise ? Thank you!
