Shout out to Jade! Came here bc my “celiac family” recommended it. Been sick for 5+ months. Didn’t know it was celiacs. First time eating out in a restaurant since, and Jade was PHENOMENAL! So nice and informative, accommodating and for the first time in months, I felt safe eating. A simple thank you seems so inadequate…. THANK YOU! Thank you to the owners, the chef, and the staff! ❤️

Menu too limited for me. Food ok, nothing to rave about. Prices are a little high

All my experiences at the Ridge have been uneven. I had the best Caesar salad there one time, I ordered the same thing two weeks later and it was mostly lettuce and I had to ask for more dressing, which took the waitress over ten minutes to come back with. One time I ordered the salmon, and it was inedible. I was told because it was the weekend, when a manager came in on Monday I would get a refund. I never received a refund. The vibe is fun, but sometimes the music/TVs are at a reasonable volume and sometimes they are so loud it is impossible to have a conversation. Not worth the high prices when the service and food quality are unreliable.

Dined today with 3 people but was seated with 1 menu. It took a very long time to get even a drink order in let alone our food order. With the restaurant being pretty empty, it didn't seem to make sense. When the food finally came, and our order was wrong, I was incredibly polite and understanding. We had to hunt down the waitress to get ketchup which delayed the start of the meal even more which was frustrating. We finished eating what was brought to us and an ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES to finally get our appetizer. To top it off, they had the nerve to actually charge me for the appetizer. Shocked. We were at this restaurant for an incredibly long time.....its possible an hour and a half or more. It wasn't until this experience I started talking to people about this place and apparently it is well known for horrible service. Guess we learned this too late. Burnt waffle, hard tots and the list goes on.

We had been wanting to try The Ridge for months and we finally had a chance tonight. Atmosphere was cool, server was friendly. But the food was terrible. We came just after the dinner rush and were a table of 6. Not one of us enjoyed our meal. Burgers were over cooked and burnt. Boneless wings were over cooked and overly spicy. The prime rib dip was tasteless. Very disappointed, especially for the prices.

Got the Rueben bread was burnt, fries were over cooked and hard. I showed the server she said she gave me a military discount, told her I was a Vietnam Vet her response was then it was meant to be. Very loud.

This place is completely worth it and makes a great date night place to go! The service is amazing. Our server, Irma, was amazing at making drink recommendations. I wanted to try the blackberry bourbon lemonade, but I don't drink so she had a blackberry mocktail made for me. We tried the Rueben egg rolls which are to die for. My boyfriend is not a big suarkrout fan, but it wasn't overpowering. I got the meatloaf stack which was a lot of food. It was hot and really tasty. We also ordered the French dip, which was really good. Will definitely be going back?

Disclaimer: We arrived during shift change at the restaurant, which may or may not have contributed to the issues we experienced.

To start with, the atmosphere and building layout are really impressive and unique. The food also looked quite appealing, although we unfortunately didn’t get a chance to try it.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we waited about 10 minutes for a hostess to come to the stand and seat us and the other patrons. We were informed that the wait was due to the shift change. After being seated, we waited approximately 20 minutes without any server coming to our table, so we decided to leave.

I will give this place another chance and remedy this review if all goes well.

What a nice place! We generally avoid meat but had a craving got beef on weck. Boy did we pick the right place! Meat was perfectly tender! Got the mashed potatoes as a side, off the hook good! Lastly, crab Rangoon dip, just damn! Home made wonton chips salted to perfection and the dip actually tasted like the inside of a crab Rangoon! Great job Cooks!

Huge fan of the tap wall too. So nice to try different beers at your leisure.

Great place highly recommend it!
