The Ridge West Seneca

We had a good experience. There is plenty of seating for large groups. The waitress was busy. The food took longer than expected even thou they were busy about an hour. I got the street chicken tacos. I thought they were great. I did think they could have used better corn than canned corn expecially during corn season. However do recommend them. I also got a side of mashed potatoes that were from scratch and outstanding. They were hot and a nice portion. I'd go again just for the mashed potatoes. My husband got the street shrimp tacos. He said they were good, however not much shrimp. The white pizza for the table was very good and I would get that again. Some one had the steak sandwich it looked good, they liked it. There was a steak that was cooked perfectly with you guessed it mashed potatoes. Fried Onions on top of it all.
Yup! I'll be back & you should go too!!

Wednesday nights are the best here! Amazing food and drinks and a very fun atmosphere with trivia. It’s on the calendar weekly for us!

We came to the ridge today for the first time due to them being one of few restaurants open on Labor Day. Dylan was our server and is without a doubt the best in the industry my husband and I have ever encountered. The wait time was an hour + and we were hesitant to stay but dylan who was also the host offered cocktails on the patio to get us started. We had some tasty cocktails off the summer menu recommend by dylan and when able to we ordered food. Food came out hot and exactly what we ordered. Dylan didn't stop checking in and making sure we were okay during the long wait for food and kept our table as well as tables around us extremely taken care off. If he was this consistent and attentive during an extreme rush, I can't imagine the level of service that would be given during a regular day.

Our first time at The Ridge was Labor Day. We were so happy you were open. Unfortunately they were working with a skeleton crew. Our server was candid that the wait time would be longer than usual. We chose to stay and are so glad we did! Dylan was amazing: hustling around, checking in, updating us regularly, refilling drinks, etc. He made the wait confortable. When our food did arrive it was tasty, fresh, and exactly what we ordered. We will be back. Thank you!!
