Last Tuesday I got a bagel that looked soft ended up being hard as a rock to where it broke my tooth! I’ve had a hard time getting in touch with this place by phone to speak to a manager I can now barely eat or drink without being in pain! I’m pregnant and this is highly frustrating! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE! orders were all messed up they could only get a butter bagel right. Everything else was a COMPLETE MESS!
Almost 90% of the time my coffee is wrong, it feels watered down.
Always the best coffee and donuts but the staff pushes you out fast without a smile!
