Ordered a sausage egg n cheese sandwich. Got a sausage and cheese sandwich... obv drove away trusting they would get it right.. yeah ok... UPDATE. Today ordered a farmers wrap they said no hash browns left. I said its ok I'll have it without the hash brown. So they charged me for the farmers wrap only it didnt come with the chipotle sauce either... omg.. is like every time

It’s absolutely ridiculous that you can’t buy a large ice water and some kid hands you an open toddler Dixie cup from the tap. Then when you say “charge me for a large pop and ice in an adult cup but instead put water in it” you have the manager not allowing it….the older dark hair woman that is always so grumpy and rude, she seriously starts getting loud with you when you’re trying to explain what you’d like and when you get loud back it’s a problem??? “You don’t have to be aggressive” did I just get gaslit? yet she escalated the entire thing that could have been solved with just charging me for a large drink with water instead of pop??? Please make it make sense-that woman needs better customer service skills

Very poor service! Very disappointing! One of the employees was wearing his visor upside down, and walking around, ignoring all of the customers at the counter. By the time they got over to the counter after I had waited for 20 minutes, they told me breakfast was no longer being served. Approximately 10 people walked by ignoring all of the people at the counter. This is not the first time this has happened as this is a a location that I have given multiple chances to. I ultimately canceled the order.

I go here frequently as it’s at the corner of my street which should make it convenient for my busy schedules. However, every time I go there (drive through or inside for a to-go order) the air is so long. The one manager (older woman with dark hair) is always so crotchy and rude. She argued back and forth with me about my own order, even another customer said he heard me order the item she was so rudely adamant about me not ordering. She is always snotty and nasty l, she was bad mouthing other employees at the front counter for all to hear. Customer service is not for her! I’ll drive all the way out of my way from now on.

Absolutely terrible experience with the app which is extremely slow. The employee was nice, but Tim Horton's needs to get their act together with their app.

Nothing better than watching a general manager disparage her employees on a Saturday morning. She put someone brand new on the register and proceeded to tell us over and over this. When did it become the customers responsibility for her lack of training employees. Bagel came out not toasted along with a unmelted piece of cheese. DoorDash priority over customers in store but couldn’t figure out who had what. No wonder store has one of the lowest ratings in the area. Simple fix is to bring in motivating general manager that inspires team to perform at the high standards of Tim Hortons. If you think this is not a correct review see the last three left for this location.
