I go here frequently as it’s at the corner of my street which should make it convenient for my busy schedules. However, every time I go there (drive through or inside for a to-go order) the air is so long. The one manager (older woman with dark hair) is always so crotchy and rude. She argued back and forth with me about my own order, even another customer said he heard me order the item she was so rudely adamant about me not ordering. She is always snotty and nasty l, she was bad mouthing other employees at the front counter for all to hear. Customer service is not for her! I’ll drive all the way out of my way from now on.

Nothing better than watching a general manager disparage her employees on a Saturday morning. She put someone brand new on the register and proceeded to tell us over and over this. When did it become the customers responsibility for her lack of training employees. Bagel came out not toasted along with a unmelted piece of cheese. DoorDash priority over customers in store but couldn’t figure out who had what. No wonder store has one of the lowest ratings in the area. Simple fix is to bring in motivating general manager that inspires team to perform at the high standards of Tim Hortons. Went in and Ordered 6 donuts, a muffin and a pumpkin spice ice capp with no whip cream. Young kid put donuts in the box the wrong way and I had to sit there and point it out. The girl but whip cream on my ice capp and gave me attitude. Customer shouldn’t be telling a person how to do their job. Ridiculous. Place sucks.

This location is great, we often drive out of the way just to go to this one because they always have what we want in stock. My one and only complaint is that they don't have sugar free hazelnut flavoring syrup, while a lot of other locations do. They only have the sugar free vanilla.
I went here last week for a red velvet cold brew only to be receive a vanilla cream cold brew. I decided to let it go because i like the vanilla cream cold brew and i was late to school. Today, I went through the drive thru and ordered a Bacon BELT sandwich. I saw it displayed on the screen. However I was given a bacon bagel sandwich. No lettuce. No tomato. I’m very disappointed. I paid 5 bucks for a BELT sandwich.

They said they were very understaffed and to park out front to wait for the breakfast sandwiches I rdered (3). 15 min later nothing..I walked in and they finally bring them out only to find that all 3 were the wrong sandwiches.. wow.. oh and there were like 10 workers there.. understaffed??. ?

They are just horrible. They open up at 5 AM and they just have people sitting at the drive-through and won’t take their order and then when you ride by two workers are just talking among themselves watching people leave very rude very ignorant people.
