Went to location on Clinton St /West Seneca drive thru for a ham and Swiss sandwich & chicken soup for lunch when I get back to my work sandwich had no lettuce on it nothing was mentioned they have no lettuce I got 2 pieces of ham slice of cheese on the specialty roll with maybe on top of that the bag had chicken soup oil that leaked thru the bag that got on my pants , maybe they need to teach their workers how to make proper sandwiches and be neater won’t be visiting this location they should just shut it down no loss! Thanks for sandwich thst looked like a little kid made it!!

Came here before work to grab a sandwich, order though the drive through and when I get to the window, like any other Tim’s I’ve been to, I asked politely for two ketchup packets , as I’m going to work and don’t have any there . Pretty standard request and it’s always honored . The cashier took my money , I asked for the ketchup , and said well we charge for that ! KETCHUP! It’s a standard condiment and she said THEY CHARGE FOR IT ! I said I gave her enough money for some ketchup and SHE CHARGED ME FIFTY CENTS FOR ONE KETCHUP PACKET ! FIFTY CENTS ! What in the actual hell is going on at this location?! Upon seeing other reviews , this is pretty standard for this location. UNBELIEVABLE! I will never in my life go to this location again !

Poor customer service I request a caramel latte’s without foam and the manager on duty if he is was the most nasty and unprofessional when the coworker asked if he knew how to do it he was is not such a thing I’m not doing that I had to explained myself what I meant by no foam and how the other person could do it , the lady seems she was open to do it but this guy respond kinda took her off .
He is dark skin guy nasty attitude
The other person on the drive through gave me the worst look like I’m not asking for free things my Oder had 5 sandwiches and 4 drinks .
This is not the type of customer service care you provide if you are unsure you can ask instead of your nasty behavior.
I work on customer service and had work on coffee shop for 5+ years so it’s unacceptable to get this type of service .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVERY SINGLE TIME!! The staff is rude when you ask for the correct item. Ex. I went through the drive through and order a strawberry refresher (that comes with fruit). The lady didn’t say she was out of fruit, I got the drink and realized that there wasn’t any fruit, I go back around and I get a nasty attitude saying well we don’t have any fruit. (I was nothing but nice to them bc I work in fast food myself) I asked for a refund and they got extremely nasty and rolled their eyes at me! Another time they didn’t give me my $5 back (my change) and they hole heartly told me that they gave it back, the whole time I was waiting for my money. They were extremely nasty so they pulled up the cameras and said oh yea we didn’t give it back here you go. In a nasty tone and did not apologize! Another time I go get a steak and cheddar sandwich, I asked for the cheese to be melted through, I get the sandwich and the CHEESE WAS COLD!! And the bread wasn’t toasted at all! If I can give zero stars I would and I called corporate bc they don’t deserve to be open and serving customers with nasty customer service!

I come to this location every morning before work, because it's on the way. I have had nothing but problems with this store. Whether it's my coffee being wrong, my bagel looks burnt, my wrap has the bacon, sauce or sometimes cheese missing... To prices are always different even when I order the same thing everyday!!! I've politely brought it up to the manager and also staff but the laugh and nothing has been solved. Food is expensive and I just want what I paid for!!!

The employees lie to you and tell you that they no longer sell the Snack wrap, when it is on there menu, and all other Tim hortons do!!! They don't prepare your food right in the mornings!!. I asked for the Bacon, scrambled loaded wrap (read it word for word at thr drive through)!!! Got to work They give me a farmer's wrap, immediately went back and the girl at the counter argued with me about the different type of wraps they have, when I told her I read it word for word off the menu, she continued to argue with me, but offered to make a new one, the correct one, that had the hash brown in it. Everyday they charge me $8.45.... today I went and got my medium, hot coffee, 2 sugar 1 cream and I asked for Chipotle sauce on the side, they charged me $9.22!!! This has happened several times. I think whomever is cashing you out at the drive through is paying for their own food, because everyday it's a new price!! Other tim hortons charge less! It makes no sense! My wrap today was supposed to have all scrambled eggs, but instead I got the flat egg and 1 piece of bacon!! $9.22 for what??? I am so upset that, I know have to find a new Tim hortons!! They do whatever they want here, they are rude and argumentative!!

This location makes very good iced cappuccino’s. The Nutella Iced Capp was delicious. The staff are also friendly here and they keep the place pretty clean compared to some other Tim Hortons locations. The interior has a nice layout too. 👍👍

They recently started selling day-old donuts; probably more than a day old. This is my neighborhood Tim’s and I’ve been ordering the same thing for years. A coffee and a donut. It’s all I get and I’ve probably had it hundreds of times.
Recently, the donuts are hard. Rock hard. For a while, I thought it was a fluke so I kept ordering. The donuts are a day old lol period. It’s such an obvious difference. I’m not just speculating that they’re old; the girl at the counter TOLD ME they were once when I complained.
Quality of service is lacking. It’s fine. They’re dismissive. Depending who’s working, you never know if the drive thru will take 3 minutes or 15 minutes.
Quit being cheap and sacrificing quality to save a dollar. Charging $2 for a donut and handing me a hockey puck is offensive in 2025. I’ll start going to the new location down the street. They have their own issues, but I can confirm they do not sell old product.

ATTITUDE PROBLEM. Why are you being rude right off the bat for NO REASON? Fix it.
