They recently started selling day-old donuts; probably more than a day old. This is my neighborhood Tim’s and I’ve been ordering the same thing for years. A coffee and a donut. It’s all I get and I’ve probably had it hundreds of times.

Recently, the donuts are hard. Rock hard. For a while, I thought it was a fluke so I kept ordering. The donuts are a day old lol period. It’s such an obvious difference. I’m not just speculating that they’re old; the girl at the counter TOLD ME they were once when I complained.

Quality of service is lacking. It’s fine. They’re dismissive. Depending who’s working, you never know if the drive thru will take 3 minutes or 15 minutes.

Quit being cheap and sacrificing quality to save a dollar. Charging $2 for a donut and handing me a hockey puck is offensive in 2025. I’ll start going to the new location down the street. They have their own issues, but I can confirm they do not sell old product.

I love Tim Hortons, I'm from Florida and have to come. This location is very lovely. Very roomy clean best staff. Tim Hortons apple fritters are the best. I had them in Canada.

My mom just went to this Tim Hortons today and the manager was beyond rude!! I couldn’t believe it. My mom went to the drive through, at the window she asked if could add on something and the manager right away said absolutely not! You have to go back around and get in line! Seriously ?! My mom’s going to be 68, she just wanted a coffee! Plus they got our order wrong! I paid for a medium ice capp, they gave me a small. I asked for bacon on my wrap they give me sausage. Didn’t ask if I wanted whipped cream on my drinks.
I just can’t believe how rude a manager would be! I will never be going back to that location. Sad because it never use to be like that.

Nothing like getting treated horribly. Come in order sandwhich coffee and drink and donut for my daughter. The short blonde who “couldn’t wait to leave” forgets my food order and pushes off my coffee to the drive thru crew that forgets it behind the counter for 10 minutes until I came and asked where it was. Only to find out my sandwich wasn’t ordered. So I was patient took my cold coffee and re ordered the sandwich… 10 minutes later no one is tracking to make the sandwich again… thank god Syndnie came in and started getting people moving. If there was a manager here that wasn’t Syndnie… they should get fired ur day crew is lazy and reflects their manager.

Absolutely rude, I couldn't believe it. I went through drive threw and turned right away didn't even finish my order.. they lady huff and puffed at me. I called the store and ended up on the phone with the same lady on the speaker finding out she was the supervisor told her about my experience and she hung up on me. Just wanted to get donuts for my kids and ended up with dealing with a nasty attitude instead.
