This location is the worst. Highest prices and always under manned. To top it off if you try to go inside nobody will help you. If you go to the drive thru it's a half hour.

I come here quite often when I take my daughter to her appointment down the road. I don’t tend me to make reviews over someone not acknowledging the customer but I just pulled out of the drive through after dealing with an employee who didn’t say a word to me, not the total, not hello, didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer after saying thank you when he gave my card back, when he handed me my coffee and after he handed me our muffin. This man said absolutely nothing. Terrible customer service. When I said thank you before pulling away he gave me a dirty look almost as if he was rolling his eyes and was obviously annoyed. I ordered a large coffee and a muffin. At the speaker I had tried to get a smoothie not realizing they didn’t have them at this location, and then I tried ordering a fruit explosion muffin and was told they only had blueberry and chocolate chip and my daughter said blueberry and then switched it to chocolate chip which I’m assuming is what annoyed this man to have terrible customer service like that in the first place because my 6 year old took 2 seconds to make up her mind. These type of employees ruin it for the whole store and it’s unbelievable as a grown man working in a customer service position that something so insignificant can cause him to be so dismissive.

Idk what happened? At this location but it went down hill. There is all these new older folk there that can't get it together in the am. Where did all the young kids go? They where fast and not stupid when talking to them. My BF was brunt! Black roll

Went there a little after 5 yesterday, sign said there closed at 6, the door was open all the lights where off I thought maybe the power went out or something, 2 guy workers I placed my order for a coffee and all they kept saying was how bad they can't wait to leave and how they hate there job, very negative, then I'm given my ice coffee and after drinking about half I noticed chunks in it, maybe coffee grind I don't know but was big enough where I could feel it in my mouth and had to rinse my mouth out. This isn't the first weird experience at this location, a week ago the card readers up front where not working so the girl told me and 3 other customers we have to go through the drive through because that one works, then proceeded to ignore the one guy asking her a question about why he has to do that and pulls out her phone walks away and says she's going on break .

I came in at 2:15 PM, and they told me they were low on food because they were closing in about an hour. I asked if they at least had a plain bagel, and the staff said yes, then immediately changed their mind and said they had no food left at all because they close in 45 minutes. What’s the point of being open if you’re not serving anything? It was frustrating and honestly felt like they just didn’t want to bother. Really disappointing experience.

They always know my order every morning when i come In or even through the drive through everyone there is extremely friendly and super sweet it's always a pleasure to get coffee or food from them and to leave with a smile on my face 😊

Went through the drive through this afree noon and the service was impeccable. Workers were fast and the Caramel Latte looked and tasted better than at any other Tim’s. Breakfast sandwiches hot and fresh, also.
Will definitely come back to this location specifically.
