Empty Nest Full Tank
Got there shortly before closing so there was not a lot of selection for food which we understood. Ordered a few sandwiches, soup and chili and took to go so we would not disturb their closing time. Got home and no soup in the bag, since they were closing not much we could do about it.Make sure to check your orders before leaving here!

The food and service here was just bad. The iced lemonade was sour and warm. Also the chocolate donut tasted old and expired. It had a weird taste to it. Also the girl acted like she had more important things to do. She acted like she didn’t want to give me my order. No customer service. The only reason it doesn’t have a one was because they were fast.

Shout out to the staff working at this location! Food and drinks are always good and whoever made my iced coffee today between 1:30-2pm, you rock! This is the only Tim Hortons that's been consistently good. ?

I went on 7/3/23 at 2:20pm and there is a sign on the door saying they close at 3pm today and 2pm tomorrow which is okay but when I got out to go in the door is locked and couldn't get in to see what I wanted instead of waiting in line. Don't get me wrong the place is great but don't put a sign up saying you close at 3 and the door is locked at 2:20 and it didn't specify closed on the inside or outside at said time.
Sometimes they don't have anybody to wait on guests in shop because everyone is focused on drive thru orders.Wheelchair accessibility: I do not think this location is wheelchair accessible.

I live very close to this location and I’m getting frustrated because my order is consistently wrong when I go here, and if not wrong, extremely low quality. I tried calling to get a refund on a bacon egg and cheese bagel I ordered since I got a sandwich with turkey on it instead, AND my coffee that came out completely wrong and no one’s answering the phone and I’m across town now. People are busy and are on their way to their HARD WORKING jobs and the LEAST you can do is get their food right but you fail every time. So sick of wasting my money at this location out of “convenience”.
