Well first off.. when you go shopping and they decide to change the store flow and all the customers are confused and pissed about it.. why change things.. poor management.. also these changes are horrible. I liked orchard park Wegmans because of the flow.. now it is like the worst ever McKinley road location… that set up is the worst… we may just have to keep to tops and Walmart..

Every week there’s something else I love that I can’t get! Your initiative to change everyone over to your brand or other brands you decide on is not working! It’sdriving people to other stores. It’s so sad because you were always the best in the area. This week I couldn’t get Bubly water and since there’s no Sabra hummus I tried Wegmans brand and it was disgusting.
