Food came out at a very reasonable time from placing order. The issue I had was with placing the order, somehow I feel like the problem when placing order. I understand things happen and I don't know who/what they're dealing with while I place my order so I try to give the benefit of doubt but 2 days in a row? Food was good though.

This location is by far the absolute worst fast food experience EVERY SINGLE TIME! Even on Door dash

Recently ordered a quick meal after a long day of running around on DoorDash .. ordered three meals LARGE and three frostys at 9pm. All orders were canceled 27 min later and the order I tried to cancel but couldn’t was cold and missing sauces. Mind you the dasher was there for 45 min waiting for one meal.

On Sunday March 2nd around 3:55-4 PM I went thru the drive thru and ordered a biggie bag with a frosty as a drink. Upon receiving my food the fries weren't hot and I didn't have a straw for my frosty. "No problem!" I got back in line to ask for a straw and some hot fresh fries. The women at the drive thru window asked what size fries did I have, I advised "I think a small" since they were little. She then said "ITS A JUNIOR", I said "okay, I don't know what size comes with the Biggie meal." She said "it would be a minute or so for the fresh fries", I said no problem and proceeded to drive forward. I waited at the window for her to either acknowledge or provide that extra customer service that you typically get but she opened the window after some time, and gave me the bag, I was trying to ask her a question when she cut me off and said "your straw is in the bag." Then closed the drive thru window. I couldn't even get my question out but further more the rudeness was unnecessary.

We all have a choice in how we want to show up and that exchange was unpleasant and says a lot about this employee and perhaps the lack of training she has. I pulled over to write this because we need to start holding our staff accountable and acknowledge when it's not okay to disrespect a customer, unprovoked and unwarranted. There was a simple solution here and I was completely kind in my exchange and tone. So ma'am whoever you are, just know that not every customer is as patient as I am and next time choose empathy and understanding in all that you do.

I eat at Wendy's at least four times a week and every time I have a great experience that food is good the fries are always hot and the service is always smiling and friendly

I have never been to a Wendy's that has forgotten something every time I go except this one. It's always around 8 or 9 at night. Whether it's an order of fries or an entire sandwich these guys will find a way to screw it up. Tonight when I went it was some young kid watching the game on his device and made me pull up. Bro if you want to watch the game stay home.

I waited 20 min in drive thru for my food. They did inform me that they were in the middle of a shift change and there was a few big orders in front of me. However when I finally got back home I realized either they messed my food up or didn't care. I ordered a Dave's single combo. I'll share pictures below. I did not feel like driving back and waiting another 20 min as the line wrapped around the building. Fries were cold and burger looked awful Super thin and burnt not edible. I tried to reach out to support and Noone responded.

Put in an Online order at 5 pm on a Friday. Got there at 5:05 and waited 20 mins in line with 2 other cars in front of me. I get to the speaker and the lady tells me to wait one moment please. I waited another 15 mins. I pull up to the drive thru window and she tells me I’m sorry but you have to come inside to pick up your online order. Dumbest thing I have ever heard in my life. I go inside there’s 6 people working, nobody knows what they are doing. Frosty’s were melted and food was all cold. Never gave me a straw for my drink or spoons for my kids frosty’s. Terrible management at this location. I worked in food service for 15 years and this was the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food place.
