Quality & I came to Mazza as part of a Lake Erie Wine Trail adventure with some friends. We went to several wineries throughout the weekend and Mazza was our third stop. We tried a variety of samplers, with wine, beer, and spirits in each. I think the wine was... fine? The spirits were also fine, and the beer was not great.
Service & 1 is really generous. Our server was a younger woman who came to ask us if we wanted water, which of course we did because it was a hot summer day and we had all been drinking. She then disappeared for about 20 minutes, returned, got our drink order, disappeared for another 15 minutes and came back with the drinks. We did not see her again. We also never got our waters.
Ambience & The ambiance gives negative vibes. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and were 1 of 3 tables in the outdoor area. There was no music, no sound, and very little conversation outside of our table.
Menu Variety & It's a large menu but I did not find anything that I enjoyed. There were some snacks on the menu, and when our server initially took our order, I asked her what the snack of the day was. It says on the menu to ask your server, so naturally I asked my server and she didn't know. So that was really interesting.
Value for It was pretty cheap to go here, I think maybe $40 in total? But none of it was very good and again, the atmosphere and service were not very good.

We had the best customer service experience from our waitress, Brooke! It was a Monday and she made us feel like it was a Saturday...Brooke shared special recipes with us to use with the spirits and wines, she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly....we'll be back!

Very nice and attentive staff! Ask for Brook, she knows the menu and is very good at recommending beer, wine or spirits based on your liking. Everything we sampled was delish!

My wife and I visited from.Canada on Thursday August 8, 24. We walked to the bar and such a friendly waitress said hello and talked to us about the menu and wine offerings. So helpful and I enjoyed the different beer options and my wife tasted the reds and then selected one she like and had a glass. We sat outside on the patio and had to walk into the bar for service. There were wait staff waking around but none of them stopped at our table. We didn't mind going in because the lady at the bar was super helpful. We enjoyed the food truck and also the music played by a trio. We had such a good time we decided to visit the next Thursday again. This time it was a mess. Our waitress wasn't there. We weren't greeted at the bar and menus were slapped in front of us. She later came back and said did we have any questions. We asked about prices of the bottles and asked for a bottle of Chardonnay and a non alcoholic flight. We took the bottle outside and cracked it open poured ourselves a glass and my first sip I checked the bottle and it was a Pinot grio instead. Anyway we decided to finish it rather than dispute it. It was good all the same. Later I went back to the bar because none of the wait staff outside paid us any attention. I informed the bar waitress that she made a mistake and she didn't believe she did she made a mistake. I left it at that. I then ordered a beer. Finally, I asked for the bill and she said she wouldn't charge me for the beer and quoted a price. I had to remind her to bill us for the non alcoholic flight which she then added. When I saw the bill I was billed for the beer. I said to her: I thought you mentioned you were not going to charge for the beer. She said I thought you had two beers!!! When I had just one. Wow wow.....way too many mistakes and clearly not paying attention to the clientele. Nice place and drinks but sadly lacking any quality in the staff except for one on our first visit. Maybe she needs to train the others.

There were no signs when we walked in as to which way to go (and only one side was open). It was nice to be able to taste wine, beer, and spirits in one place, and we enjoyed the tasting very much. It looks like Mazza is very busy with activities and things throughout the summer.
We bought a bottle of the Niagara wine, as that was my favorite choice in the tasting.

i went with my family (i’m a kid) and this is my favorite winery i’ve been to. They had 4 mock-tails and i got a vanilla rickey, it was absolutely amazing. My family and I have been going to many wineries on this trip and they said this was their favorite. Our server was very nice and helpful. In the distance there was a railway and my baby brother loved seeing the trains, they also had chalk. This place gets 5 stars all across the board.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very rude service. So unfriendly, acting as if our paying service was putting them out. Will not be coming back.

My wife and I drove 50 miles to try out your establishment.... Very nice walking in the door. We made our way to the bar to be just ignored . We waited way longer than we should have to just walk right back out that nice door.Our take was the bartender and waitresses didn't want to be there...... Very rude.Sorry we will not be back.

We really enjoyed this place. Staff was really friendly and the drinks were great. They have wine, beer, and spirits all made there. So lots of options. There is also a small food truck / restaurant there with a limited menu. We didn't eat there, but the food smelled really good. We'll definitely be back.
