Great hometown McDonalds location. Everyone is nice and orders are prepared as fast as possible usually. Given they’re the only fast food restaurant in town they can get backed up, especially when the school is holding an event. Otherwise they’re helpful and make correct orders that may have been served incorrectly first go around.

We ordered the Grinch meal's, they were fun but the food left a lot to be desired,one of our burgers were only half there and all were dried out beyond belief

Two double cheese with only ketchup, mustard, and slivered onion. That was my order. I asked for fresh meat. The first time around, I was given two sandwiches with fresh meat but without slivered onion and instead had dehydrated onions all throughout both sandwiches. The second time around, I was given not fresh meat with hard buns and it was made upside down. I know how McDonald's sandwiches are supposed to be made. It's not that hard. I have also seen workers and kids in the back vaping on the line

I literally just went in to order breakfast with my son and we ordered quite a bit of food for our church and stuff, every person working back there including the manager threw a hissy fit over it and they were loud about it too, if you want to do your job then dont work there and complain. Always good food but crappy people working there. 0 stars if I could

It’s a McDonald’s. Their food is, as you might expect, very consistent. I’m only reviewing for two reasons; one bad and one good. As for the bad, they can’t make a decent cup of iced coffee consistently. I always order it the same way, but somehow it always comes out differently. Sometimes it’s perfect and sometimes it is unbreakable. As for the good their drive-through wait times have improved dramatically over the past couple of years.

I'm shocked I'm rating a fast food place 4 stars let alone a McDonald's, but here we are. This is the nicest, cleanest, fastest, freshest, and most accurate McDonald's in the entire area! I've never gotten a stale bun,brown lettuce, or an inaccurate order from Westfield! Falconer was so gross and terrible it closed. Lakewood is dirty with hair often in the food and inaccurate 50% of the time. Jamestown 86 exit McDonald's is absolutely disgusting and sticky inside, smells, has been shut down by the health department before, stale, inaccurate, extremely long wait time, wilted lettuce often, never gives you your sauce packets for nuggets, full of rude staff, and falling apart. Jamestown Foote has long wait times and dirty bathrooms. When you compare this fast friendly welcoming Westfield McDonald's to the rest it's more like an actual restaurant. It tastes and runs like a McDonald's should and used to.
